I was looking Iraqi Samoon for long time. Many other bakery tried to do one but they are not good enough. You guys are the best. By the way the American call this Samoon Football bread as it looks like Football.

This location was the Afghan Bakery, but the owner and management changed and is now the Alvand Bakery with different type of breads. This is now a Persian bakery with Iranian breads and bakery.
