We Are Bulletproof

I wasnt even planning on eating that morning I went in, (September 1st), but a worker let me inside at 9am, although they didnt open until 11pm. A very nice lady came to give me a menu and tell me to eat something since I was hungry! Really, I didnt want to intrude, so all I ordered was a pancake. I sat down and my pancake came out, so I began to eat it, but then one of the cooks brought me a full pitcher of ice water, and a bowl of rice, and then a bowl of sauce, and then 5 more bowls of side dishes to go along with it! I had no idea that I was going to get served like royalty when I was just lost in the city and it wasnt even time for them to open the store. Everything tasted so wonderful and it was really good to try a slice of Korea for the first time. I recommend it 10/10.

Gangnam is a lot better than the Korean restaurant that was there previously. Brighter and cleaner. The food is pretty good. I ordered the spicy pork bulgogi (Gochujang daeji bulgogi) and some fried dumplings. Be aware that some food items like the dumplings are not on the menus at the table. Youll find them on the menu board hanging on the wall. Most menu items seemed to be between 10 - 15 dollars. And as with most Korean restaurant your also served kimchi and all the pickled sides. Ill be back to try the Kalbi and Bi Bim Bap.

Stopped in for the first time to give this place a try. Service was good and prompt. I had the dolsot bibimbap and it wasnt too bad. The ingredients tasted fresh but it was missing something seasoning wise. Overall, still a good dish. The accompanying sides were all flavorful and well seasoned. I tried a bite of the haemool pajun and it had good flavor and a nice assortment of seafood. The only downside is that it could have been a bit more crispy.

they were out of pork knuckle so I switched it over to belly. 12 slices of thinly grilled pork on a bed of yellow onion placed on a skillet for $17.99. For $2 more, Applebees and Chilis are offering a better value with bigger portion. The quality, portion and price just dont add up. At least Im not ready to pay the up charge for the skillet.

The food tasted weird. I cant put my finger on what was wrong, but it just wasnt great. It really wasnt even good. We ordered the dolsot bibimbap and were sorely disappointed. The sides were fishy tasting. The simple broth soup was the only thing we finished. We will try another Korean restaurant and probably wont return to Gangnam.

My boyfriend and I came here for dinner and he got the Bulgogi and I got the bibibamp. Both dishes were amazing! Service was amazing as well! And they also provide tons of side dishes so you get full pretty fast! We definitely recommend coming here!

Very clean and quaint Korean restaurant. The food was great though a bit too pricey for the small portions. But overall good place to go if you are looking to try Korean food or are craving it :D

Delicious Korean Food! So happy Gangnam replaced Rainbow. The Korean seafood pancakes were crispy and had a lot of seafood. Lots tasty of side dishes too. ;) Great service!! We will be back.
