Run away! Horrible Korean BBQ, stingy/dishonest staff, and expensive. Cost for two of us was $60 meal and we were pretty much forced into doing the all you can eat by the rude waitstaff (I say "staff" because we didnt have a point person during our time there. Three different people rotated to serve us during the 40-minutes or so we were there). Though it was lunch, we did not get the lunch menu price for $16 because it was a Saturday--we ended up getting charged $22/person. I say the staff is dishonest because they omit details like the fact that on weekends, you dont get lunch menu pricing and dont bother mentioning restrictions during the ordering process. They start you out with a meat "sampler" filled with really cheap meat overly-sweetened to hide the smell and quality. They bring out two small, thin, fatty strips of L.A. Galbi in the sampler but BEWARE! If you ask for extra L.A. Galbi beyond the sampler, they tell you then that its not included. Honest businesses tell customers before they order but not this place. Other awful highlights include: - thinnest cuts of sam-kyup-sal one can imagine. And it comes FROZEN and unseasoned. Disgusting. - grayed-out pieces of chicken in that same sweet/disgusting marinade - bulgogi limp and disgusting again, the same putrid marinade - seasoned pork bulgogi (this is meant to be spicy) but what they end up doing is smearing a bunch of go-chu-jang over...you guessed it...the same gnarly marinade - beef brisket thin as paper and yes! FROZEN just like the sam-kyup-sal and unseasoned. - they do not change the grill plates enough for ANY of the tables and the whole place is filled with smoke. Plus, our meat burned as a result - Rice was cold/stale and the ban-chan (unlimited sides) was low quality and limp-looking like it had been sitting out for days The staff is slow to refill the unlimited ban-chan and meat and they do this on purpose to keep their costs down. When you DO ask for a refill on anything, its met with comments like: "lets narrow down what ban-chan you dont want and THEN I can bring refills." I found this distasteful since refills are meant to be "unlimited" but the staff was trying to make it difficult on purpose. Final recommendation: RUN!

Id give this place 0 stars if I could. To say that this is the worst restaurant experience of my life is an understatement. The service was TERRIBLE. We literally got no attention at all, wasted $21 each and didnt even get refills on the food of the drinks. I had to go wash my hands every 5-10 minutes because I couldnt even get napkins. And the food was awful - the sides were tiny and didnt go with anything. They were less food than youd feed a toddler. For the money, it makes no sense at all. And the meat was all overlooked, rubbery and fatty that I wouldnt have even wanted seconds IF theyd bother to stop by the table once and ask me. I made a huge complaint about all of this and they just said they were sorry and walked away. I had to go up to the counter and bring it to their attention again - AND try to pay do we could leave - since they didnt come back to the table AGAIN!! And after everything they still made me pay full price for everything!! Unbelievable. This business is terrible and I will NEVER eat here again or give them another penny or recommend it to anyone I know. I am beyond pissed that I wasted $50 on the worst service and food Ive ever experienced. I just cant even believe it. Dont bother trying this place - its so bad. I guarantee youll regret wasting your money just as much as I do. I would have gotten WAY better food and service if Id just gone to Pei Wei or something for gods sake. What a total disappointment.

So I saw this place on Diners, Drive Ins and Dives. Figured if Guy Fiere says its killer it must be. Then he throws in the "its all you can eat". Well hell thats a must try. So my boy friend and I made a date night. What an utter dissapointment. Make sure to read the fine print, dont order more than you can eat. Oh and make sure you know how to cook Korean because ya, you have to cook it. The veggies are so Americanized that there is no kick. Good Korean makes your nose run but want more. Not here. Potatoe salad is well a scoop of mashed potatoes. Cucumbers, not so much crunchy. I had the L.A. Galbi and I dont know what was worse. Picking the bone fragments out as I tried to chew or pulling out the grizzle. There was no char either. Sad but when the Korean waiter say "I wouldnt even eat here" you know its not a place to come back. Then to top it all off you tell the waitress you dont need any more water and yup you get more water. I walked away with a headache from the loud Japinees hip hop (defiantly not a great conversation place) and not even satisfied full. Guess Ill find somewhere else to eat on the way home.

Went with a semi large group of friends and had the least attentive service Ive ever received. Normally if theres a larger party, you pay them more attention, but nope, not here. We had to flag them down for everything. Refills on water and food. We had a couple of picky eaters and they werent allowed to order separately because everyone else did the unlimited. One girl didnt even eat, but still had to pay for it. The burner on our table kept turning off (it made the breaker pop...4 times) so we couldnt get our meat cooked properly. My boyfriend, who had a good burner, still managed to get food poisoning because you have to use the same scissors (thats right, scissors. They dont do knives) and tongs that touched the raw meat as the cooked. It took half an hour to get our check ready. What should have been an hour or so meal took 3 hours because we were ignored and couldnt cook our food. NEVER AGAIN.

To pay $21 for unlimited (low quality) meat, and then have to pay extra for any uneaten meat and an additional $5 for short ribs, is a ridiculous (and not in a good way) way to feast. Service was rude- when we asked to not have to pay for the brisket and pork belly because it didnt taste good, the waitress told us thats what the sauces were for. We then had to explain that it was not only flavorless but chewy, stale and and we absolutely could not eat it, she then said that because it was our first time, she will "let" us not have to pay for it. Now if this restaurant was serving their food for around $10 per person, I would have given them maybe 3 stars. But $21 per person- NO WAY. I will never go back and I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Awful service.

This place has a high reputation for a reason. When I went in for lunch, the place itself was really nice, Korean rap was playing, great vibe. The young lady that helped was nice, and helpful when we had questions as well. My two star rating is mostly for my meal, it could be hit or miss, maybe next time it will be phenomenal, but I ordered the Beef Bulgogi, it smelled amazing the to-go pack is so neat, it includes a container of rice and different toppings in a separate container. The main dish, the beef itself was waaay TOO tough, it was really difficult to eat, and when I could eat, it was squishy fat and bone. I was expecting something different. Again hit or miss Im sure, Id try this place again, but Im not thrilled with this experience.
