This place is amazing! We stumbled upon it after we moved to nearby LeClaire. The view of the Mississippi River from the outdoor elevated patio is in my opinion the best of any restaurant near the quad cities. The staff is sooo much fun. After a while its like they are family! Make sure to get their app because they have specials that change all the time. The only thing that i dont like about this place is that they put a boat dock system in so you can be out playing on the river in the summer, pull into their little port and feel like you are in the islands somewhere. But i dont have a boat, so i just have to jealously regard all the boaters having fun. Oh well, the outdoor tiki bar is so cool that it helps me forget my boat problems. Writing this review is making me hungry. Its five oclock somewhere, Im heading to Go Fish!

This place isnt even worthy of one star. Where do I start? We were put on a "wait" even though there were tables open. Wait staff is rude and act like you are doing THEM a favor. I had an overcooked burger with undercooked bacon and limp French fries swimming in grease. Our appetizer arrived AFTER our food and the margaritas were so watered down we didnt even drink them. How do you mess up a margarita!!? The bathrooms are nasty. Speaking of nasty....after we complained, a woman came over, announced "Im the OWNER" and was rude too. Now that I read these reviews and see her responses, I can only assume its the same, clueless, "I dont know how to run a business" bimbo. Well never be back, and well make sure others dont go too. Waste of our time, money and lives.

Terrible experience and will never be going back. We made a special trip out there by boat to eat dinner, and we ended up waiting 2 hours before our food came out. Management blamed everybody but themselves for the long wait. They pulled our ticket to get the "exact" food wait time and it was 1 hour and 45 minutes so they yelled at us for saying it took 2 hours because it really only took an hour and 45 minutes to get the food. Never once apologized for the wait, just kept blaming the waitress and other staff (which the waitress gave good service and was clearly not her fault) Then proceeded to tell us to all leave and never come back. I will gladly never be returning to this bar & grill.

New management within the last six months or so - never been there before the newer owners took over, but the last 4 times we have ate there, we have had great service with fun personable waitresses, with our fave Kelsey, the last 2 times. So much more to a restaurant/bar than just the food - although everything we have ordered, (and same with our friends) we have enjoyed! What is especially nice is that the owners are local Quad Citians, and they personally make efforts to acknowledge/greet their customers as well as checking back later with them. SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL BUSINESSES and give Go Fish a try - its a fun place!

My boyfriend and I came in for dinner, sat at a table ten minutes before Menus got given to us. Server (Rachel) took another ten minutes for drinks.. we ordered dinner and literally took 20-25 minutes forcthe entrees to arrive to the table. Only to get a cold plate. I kindly told her how my food was cold, she just snatched my plate out from in front of me without saying a word! No sorry, nothing. Took another 15 minutes for my food that I no longer wanted to come to the table... where was the manager? Totally unacceptable- A huge disappointment. I will not be returning

What a great find for a fantastic view of the Mississippi River. They have respectable food, canned beers and well drinks. The mahi mahi appetizer is a real winner. They also have some interesting burger combinations. They also have a marina with a boat ramp and gas station on site. A great place to refresh if you are on a motorcycle ride along the river, out boating or shopping in LeClaire. It is just 4 miles north of LeClaire in Princeton. The downside is that no dogs are allowed on the deck.

My wife and I use to go here for great burgers. They have gone downhill recently in quality and order accuracy. Just tonight they messed up her burger that was ordered without mushrooms and onions.... Guess what came on her burger (happened the previous time as well) ... Also, the side salad that I got with my burger was rotten, literally smelled like it was pulled from the trash. Unfortunately it was a togo order, so no getting it corrected. Wont be going back for quite some time.

We have to drive to Go Fish (from Rock Falls, IL), because we have no boat! We LOVE this place. We have friends from Jacksonville, IL who love this place and we will be visiting Aug. 3-5th! The food here is great, the drinks are great and the service is great when not real busy and great when they are. My advice is dont come here if you are in a hurry, this is a popular place and always busy. Come here to drink, enjoy the river, eat and have fun and relax!!! Tim & Carol Martin

Took over an hour after we ordered our food to actually get it to our table. We had a table of 11- they told us their kitchen wasnt build to make big orders.... While there were other parties of 7 coming and going. Bad waitress for sure.. But the owners seemed nice when I complained. However - Pick somewhere else on the Mississippi to eat. Candlelight is worth your money with better quality of food and service and only 20 minutes up River.

Crappy! Wait staff is rude. Do not get the fish and chips. I asked the waitress how big the fish was and she said, "Oh theyre really good size." I get 2 small, brown, hard pieces of fish that had more breading than fish and 7 french fries (chips). I sent it back and said this want worth $12. The waitress took it to the manager and she brought back saying "oh these are smaller than normal" and shoved the basket back at me. Sad.

The one star is for the view only which is the only thing this place has going !! The drinks are over priced and the water taste like its straight outta the river. The food tasted like long John silvers on a bad day ! Also they didnt have the first 3 beers I ordered due to some vendor issues ... As I said its a great view and they seem to stop there !!

Delicious and fun place to stop along the Mississippi. We had lunch on a Monday so it was fairly quiet but they are very open about the possibility of a wait at busy times. My pork sandwich and Bobs catfish nuggets would be worth a wait. Relaxing atmosphere with a great view. Will definitely return here.

We went for the Bloody Marys and the Shrimp on Sunday. The view was spectacular! We had a wait for a table on the deck and others were seated before us with just as large of a group, ten. We didnt understand that. Service was slow but worth the wait. We would go back.
