Atmosphere: Hints at upscale, and many people were dressed that way. But you could wear shorts and not feel completely out of place. Has a decent sized bar area as well. Food: In a word, good. Wife-unit loves her Rainbow Trout, and I really enjoyed my bang-bang Shimp Tacos. The complimentary baked bread was good (it was warm, although not piping hot). The wife-unit thought the dipping oil that came with the bread was out of this world. The table next to us had trouble with their steak though (under-cooked for their liking). They sent it back and the replacement came back the same or worse. Service: really good (although our waiter went a bit overboard on the up-sells at every opportunity). Wait time for food was on the long side, but give them a pass this time in light of it being a completely full restaurant on opening day. Price/value: Reasonable. Portions were reasonably sized - not oversized, not too small Side note: its completely silly that all the servers wear a Chef Coat. Theyre obviously not cooking - so they should not be wearing one.

Usually we love our experience here but tonight not so much. My daughter and I both ordered 6oz sirloin cooked medium rare but I explained to our waiter Winston that I would like mine mostly rare basically just warm on both sides. When our food was finally delivered to our table we cut into our steak they were both cooked extremely well done. As in over cooked. My daughter was hungry so she ate her steak but I asked if I could have a new steak cooked the way I ordered it. The manager came by the table and said "waiting on one more steak?" My husband replied with a yes but tried to continue speaking to the manager but he just walked off. My new steak arrived in time for the waiter to take my husband and daughters plates away. They say while I rushed through my meal. I do not blame the waiter, he didnt cook the food. But nothing was said or even an apology offered by the manager. My second steak was perfectly cooked. Just 20 minutes too late. Our bill was $85.00. Nothing discounted. Nothing offered. Very disappointed in management.

Went there for the first time tonight and didnt have a good experience- definitely below expectations for the price; Chowder says it has bacon on it but mine didnt, forgot the sauce for an entrée, brought the wrong side dish, and the waiter had an unusual explanation for one of the two errors on our bill. The menu says a cup of chowder with an entrée is $3.40, while the bill showed $6.60. The waiter explained that the computer does it automatically- its an error in the POS and not his fault. Thats even worse in my book! But what really really disappointed me most of all is when I realized that all the tables around us had a delicious looking load of bread and dipping oil. I went back and checked the menu and its not listed anywhere so I presume its supposed to be complimentary. It looked really good...too bad our table never got any :( Aside from the above, service in general wasnt great considering the price

I have eaten at the Bonefish in Tulsa many times and it is always great. I tried Bonefish in Allen for the first time on Valentines night. Huge mistake. I had a reservation for 7 pm. When we got there you could barely get in the door and just about everyone waiting in line had a 7 pm reservation. It appears Bone Fish made as many reservations as they could take not worrying about over booking. It was impossible to even get close to the hostess stand to find out how long the wait was but I am guessing it was well over an hour even though we had reservations. Everyone there was not happy. After standing there for a couple of minutes my wife and I looked at each other, laughed and said lets leave. On this particular night, management was horrible. I feel bad for those who stuck around and waited.

Went for brunch on a Sunday morning total of 4 adults and a child. Our waitress was nice enough but the service was very slow. We ordered bang bang shrimp as an appetizer and it was delicious. But our main courses took the better part of 35 mins to come out and when they finally did they were wrong and the food was cold. I ordered the surf and turf eggs Benedict and it was just ok, not worth the $14 I paid for it. My brother in law got the kobe beef burger that is supposed to come with an egg and it was missing. My sister in laws French toast was "meh". My wifes meal was the only decent food we received and it was the mussels and shrimp. So all in all not impressed with their brunch service or quality of food. Will give another shot for dinner service but if that fails Ill abandon ship.

This new restaurant is very nicely appointed and the service was excellent. The wine list is diverse, but you need to decide whether or not $7-8+ for about 3 oz of decent wine is OK. The menu is also very diverse. We went as two couples: we enjoyed the Bang-bang Shrimp appetizer, and the servings of fish and chips were so large they could probably be shared. The Baja Fish Tacos were given an OK mark. I had the twin 5-6 oz cold water lobster tails. The $30 wasnt a bad price, but the tails were steamed and did not have that nice white solid "cooked" look to them. They did not taste bad, but I wasnt certain they were 100% cooked. We all said we would try it a second time.

This place was amazing! The service was great., very pleasant and attentive. The food was excellent!! The swordfish was grilled to perfection, as was the steak and the ahi. They have potstickers that are beef with an amazing garlic soy sauce that will have you licking your fingers. The vegetables were done to a perfect crisp. The white truffle mac and cheese made me a new friend of this cheesey gooey goodness! And last but not least- the chocolate and grande marinier creme brûlée was worthy of a holiday dessert. I have to say though, the absolute best thing about this place is that they cook all meals to order and are more than happy to accommodate any special dietary needs.

The service was good and the food was tasty. The prices were very high for the small portions. I got the cold water lobster tail. The menu said it was 5-6 oz, but what I got was about 2.5 oz worth of meat. Even with the shell it was a max of 3.5 oz. The sides were extremely small portions as well. I got maybe a 1/4 cup of mashed potatoes and 1/3 cup of spaghetti squash. My meal was $16! My husband ordered a burger with fries that cost about the same. We ordered a small side of mac and cheese for my son and it was $7.50 for a 1/2 cup portion! If you dont care about getting your moneys value then this is place for you. It was too fancy for us and not really kid friendly.

A very disappointing dinner experience. On a Sunday evening, with restaurant only 25% full, the service was terrible. The waiter failed to check on us regularly, we had ask for water and bread 4 times, our main dishes came out before our appetizers were cleared off the table, and he never asked how the food was. When the manager finally stopped by to ask how everything was, we made her aware of the problems. She apologized but there was no change. The food was fine, although for the price you would expect slightly larger portions. This particular location needs some serious re-training of its waitstaff and management. Stay away until then.
