This location need attention!! Nobody wear gloves or hairnet, you can see their fingers touching your food. Tables are not clean. I usually eat at other Genghis grill locations and they are all good except for this one. Unfortunately this is the closest one to my job. I hope the management or ownership cares about reviews and start taking care of those stuff. This is not my first time here and I will give them another chance in the soon future to see if they made any changes if not I will never eat at this nasty place again. And this is how I received my check !!!!!!!!

All the employees were extremely rude. We tried to come eat here for my brothers graduation and they completely soured our night. We came in an hour before close and they had an attitude because they had already started cleaning up. All of them were rolling their eyes at us as soon as we walked in. They gave us dirty silverware and our waitress rolled her eyes and ignored me when I asked for some that were clean. We paid for our drinks and left. Dont go here and definantly dont go late or youll get the absolute worst treatment. I would give it zero stars if I could.

Did you know that different Genghis locations have different sauce selections? This one happens to have my favorite - red chili garlic. The cooks do a really good job here, Ive always been satisfied with my food. The staff is usually very attentive, though my last visit put me with an obviously distracted waiter. I was not impressed by the cleanliness of the serving utensils in the ingredients line, but I did arrive after a rush, in which there were many children. They did have sanitary hand wipes available which I made ample use of. All in all, a good visit.

Ive been going to Genghis Grill since the early 90s and have seen them continually evolve. Theyve really gone downhill, especially this location. The restaurant smells a bit off, layers of dirt are piling up in the corners, and the woodwork has seen better days. The service was good this time, but the food bar was a disaster. Several items were out and spills everywhere. They were out of cups for sauce and they seemed in no hurry to fix it. It will be a while before I return.

Was just at this location 5 minutes ago. Worse greeting by a short Asian female, bad attitude as tables needed to be cleaned. Ours needed cleaning and she complained about having to wipe down the table. We sat forever with menus before a long hair guy came over to take the order and by that time we ended up leaving. There were MAYBE 5 tables taken when we walked in. Why empty dirty tables paired horrible service? WORST EXPERIENCE!!!

Great food, good service. Enjoyed the freshness of all the food options and they werent very busy but we still had to wait a bit for our drink order and then our food order to be taken. It wouldnt keep me from returning to this location, maybe it was a disorganized day. The kindness of the staff was super friendly and the visit was enjoyable.

The food tasted good and well prepared. The main reasons I didnt give the place five stars was 1. It was confusing at first as to what to do or where to go (being my first time and no one was at the front to greet me). Once a found a server they did a great job serving me. 2. The prices were a little high for the amount that you get.

Experience was good but ive had food poisoning from here twice now, only one that its happened at so im not coming here anymore ive also witnessed more than once bad food handling practices such as not rotating food properly and terrible cleanliness would not recommend unless they get better management that will fix these issues

This place is ridiculous. The staff served us sarcasm on a silver platter. When we tried to address a mix up in each of our orders, we were told that we should have notified them before we ate our dinner, which it would have been impossible to identify before digging in. This is an establishment I will not be returning too.

Ive been 4 times (over the past year) with family and although the food has always been good our service has consistently been poor. Not really sorry it to me, so I wont return by choice anymore unless everyone else has to go to. I have always enjoyed this chain elsewhere, just poor service too often will kill it for me.

Terrible. Many changes at this location and not for the better. For the new higher price you would expect better food. Chicken was frozen still ..no longer carry sweet ginger sauce or sour cream and tortillas were hard. Service was slow. Was our first time here in about a year cant say I would ever go back.

I try to make it in at least three or four times a month at lunch if I can afford it. The staff is great!!! The only thing I would change is the cleanliness and smell of the place, but that seems to be at all Genghis grills Ive been to.

The food is what you make it. During off hours they may not restock as promptly. I have never had bad service or a bad meal, but I have been going to Genghis Grill for over 10 years and I know what I like. Would definitely recommend.

Been a while since Ive been , prices are too high for level of food and service. They no longer offer steak as a meat choice, booths backs are nasty. Last trip for me. For $12 a meal there are much better options.

The food was very bad and made my family sick .. The bowls were smaller then other Genghis Grills iv been to so you pay more for less and had less options as well.. And bathrooms were not clean

We used to eat here often and had good service. The last few times, it took about 5 mins. to even get someone to ask us what we wanted to drink. Service was bad enough we wont go back.

Off the chart good place to eat! You pick whatever you want to put in your bowl, whats not to like about that?! Dont forget to ask for eggs when you hand over your bowl to the cook....
