My friends and I were informed of the new Cool Ranch Taco released on March 7th, 2013. We called around 11:20pm to see if they were still open. They said they were open until 1 am. We arrived around 11:40pm to see almost all of the lights off (including the drive through lights) and went to go order. Upon arriving at the drive through, we were greeted, and asked if they were still open. Here is a direct quote, "Uhhhhhhh no. Were not open anymore." Just to let this location know, not only did they lose five future customers, but multiply that by ten for each friend well tell about this Taco Bells abysmal customer service. Maybe they only lost 20-30 dollars this particular night. But you can rest assured they have now lost hundreds in their future. We will never go to this location ever again. I wouldnt recommend hiring employees that cannot simply do their jobs: to put grade F meat into a Doritos Taco shell. Its really not asking much, to just do your job.

This restaurant is horrible. My husband and I ordered from the mobile app and as luck would have it, this taco bell location does not have all of the supplies. We tried to get a refund and they tell us that they are unable to refund the money because it was done through a third party on the mobile app. Yeah. The food gets home and the order is wrong, so my husband goes back and I call ahead to let them know that my husband is going back to retrieve the right order and that we want all new food because its cold. The person that answered the phone was very rude and condescending. I really dont think people like this deserve to be above minimum wage. What a tremendous failure to represent this organization and what they stand for.

Very disappointed. It took the staff 5 minutes to greet me, 18 min to get my food, when they gave me my food part of my order wasnt there, and when given an explanation I was told it was because they were training. There was a lack of urgency by the entire crew, especially the manager. Drive thru seemed to be the absolute priority. MANY driver thru orders were taken and then handed out before I saw a glimpse of my food. I observed a few food safety violations while I was there as well. Normally it is not this bad here. Service times have always been relatively slow but this visit will have me not coming back for a long time.

This taco bell is super inconsistent. Sometimes the food is great and others (more often) its made really sloppily. The customer service is usually lacking. The menu light has been not working for over a month. Maybe they are trying to discourage night time guests haha. Tonight I came and only two people were working and there was a line of 8 cars in the drive thru. Clearly they are understaffed & the manager needs to be interviewing and isnt. If it werent the only taco bell within 30 mins we would go to another one.

Horrible experience. Food was maybe Luke warm. Bathroom stall door broken... Had to do business with door open for the world to watch. Bathroom floor was probably mopped with same greasy mop water as the damn kitchen because I slipped and fell on an apparently dry floor as there were no wet floor signs. Restaurant very smokey as if no proper venatalion in the kitchen. Staff was rude and ignorant. Didnt talked... Looked away at the walls or ceiling as we attempted to put an order in, refused to speak to us

Took forever to get my food through the drive through. Then the cash register was broken at drive through and they had me wait so they could re-start it twice. I wasnt told the price of my food when I ordered it. I pulled up to the window and the guy asked me how much my order was. They messed up my order and the food that was given to me was COLD. Like from a fridge cold. On top of that, I got horrible stomach cramps that night from the two bites of food I had from Taco Bell.

April 10, 2017: Have been going again recently and things have improved. It can still take a while at night sometimes, but usually its fast enough. Giving an extra star to make up for some seemingly grown-ass man having a tantrum about service speed the other day. Slowest taco bell in the world. Sat in drive thru half an hour once. Made the mistake of going back in for carry out and that took 15 -20 minutes. For nachos and 3 tacos. Im pretty patient but there are limits.

Drive thru order taker was very rude. They were out of ground beef and still charged extra for having to substitute another meat when its NOT the customers fault. They took forever for a fast food place especially when the lobby was already shut down. Seriously will reconsider going across town the next time to somewhere else 17th friendlier people and faster better service!!!!

My husband went in Wednesday, Jan 25. He was standing by the counter to buy desert not just for himself but 2 soldiers that were eating there, was walked by twice as they brought out other orders then just left standing there with the money in his hand. After a five minutes my husband decided to leave since it didnt appear he was going to get waited on. Very poor service

Waited over 25 minutes to get 2 tacos watched as they served all of drive through before serving customers inside staff was messing around in back. Went here on lunch for a quick bite and ended up late back to work making me loose money 2 ways I will never eat there again and advise everyone else to so the same. Staff also never apologized for making peiple wait.

I dont like this specific taco bell. The food just doesnt taste as good from this location, and the staff seem under-trained. For the record though, the last time I actually ate at this taco bell was nearly four years ago, it was my third time eating there, and my last time because it was just as bad as the other times before. A lot can change in four years.

Went there with my boyfriend & ordered the new steak burrito plus chips. We waited for 15 minutes in drive up still didnt have our food. There was still 2 vehicles ahead of us. Should not have to wait that long for your food in a fast food restaurant. Never did get our food as we left. Terrible service will never go there again!!

I wouldnt even give it a star if that was an option I sat down to eat my potato bowel and there was a hair in it my husband and I tried to call and complain and the phone would go straight to voice mail I have never had that happen at a taco bell in my home town so looks like we are calling the corporate office

Every time Ive ever been there the service and quality has been horrible. Ive had to deal with their associates talking loudly about the way I look and I have awkwardly been hit on. Boarder-line sexual harassment. Ive gone a few times and wont go back. Management should really do something about their staff.

I would much rather drive to Cedar Rapids then go to my local Taco Bell on Hwy 6 in Iowa City. They could care less about their customers which is the reason they have jobs to begin with. They act like a bunch of teenage juvenile deliquents rather than adult people working for a living!
