Every time my boyfriend and I go to this T-Bell (which is somewhere around 4 or 5 times a week) we are always treated with hospitality and our order has always been correct (when i venture to try something new, I ask for it with refried beans instead of meat because Im a vegetarian, so there is room for screw ups, and they always come through). The day crew is spectacular, always cordial and prompt (not that were the most picky people). The night crew on the other hand are extremely rude. We went through the drive through after lobby hours and asked for three items. I asked my boyfriend to get me a fork, The lady who was working drive opened the window, shoved the food at my boyfriend, said "have a good night" snidely and immediately shut the window. Boyfriend knocked on the window and asked politely for a fork. The woman looked very displeased and handed him a fork. Boyfriend said jokingly "You guys are crabby tonight!" but was cut off with a rude "Good-night!". We were appalled. The usual spot-on service sullied by a terrible attitude. Will call a manager if this ever happens again.

Worst experience at a taco bell ever. Now i know its taco bell and you cant expect much for service but i went through drive through at 940pm and then sat at the intercome to place my order for over mins. After asking for someone multiple times, finally a young woman came on saying be right with you. A few mins later she came back and took my order acting like i was inconveniencing her. When i got to the window i waited another 10 mins. I spent over 20 mins in the drive through just on my order not to mention the time i had to wait in line before it was my turn to order. I went to the drive through for quick and convient food. Never will i go back to this location

There were three cars backed up behind the drive through menu today it took 39 minutes from my order to the window that is with most of the cars driving off I stayed out of pure curiosity as to how long I would sit there and why. when I got there they had a bunch of bags lined up after the staff got my money they walked into the back making me think that my bag wasnt in that line. A few minutes later the cashier came back grabbed a bag from the end of the line and handed it to me with a grin on her face. Seems like they were doing it on purpose. some protest or something. The food was cold.

I completely disliked my experience, the staff was impatient, acted rude to costumers, and made fun of people who ordered a lot of food by saying "the people in the back are gonna hate you". The tables where dirty and one of the works gave a rag for me to clean off my own table?!? We ordered our food, 20 minutes later they finished some of the food, we had to ask for a refund on the food they had not made cause we where now late for a doctors appointment and they acted even worse to us. This isnt our first time with bad experience with this place.

Always happy to wait for fresh food! I like my food hot and fresh since the ride home is 45 minutes and I am usually taking something home for the hubby! The night staff at this Taco Bell is extremely friendly and the atmosphere (with the night staff) is pleasant and a lot of fun! I prefer this Hastings Way location so much that I will drive past the one on the other side of town to go to this one!

Its terrible. So far in the last two months, theyve been out of lettuce, beef, burritos, chicken, beans, shredded cheese, sour cream and some apple pie thing. They forget my sauce every time and half the time I dont get a fork....They have no idea what theyre doing. Whenever they hire new people, its the same, nothing improves. They need to go out of business. Now.

Usually get a perfect order every time and food is hot and fine. But I got one order with 2 strands of hair all the way through my quesadilla. I got the first bite and said "Nope! Im done." and gave it to my roommate and his first bite was the 2nd strand. It was nasty. I did call and the manager sounded as if he knew where (or who)it came from....PUKE!

Walked in today and was taken by surprise by a wonderful lady named Wanda. She gave my fiance and i the best experience ever in this store and made us feel at home. She has a heart of gold and we hope to see her around more often. Thank you wanda for giving us the best experience with your jokes and small talk. Made our day so much better.

Can these people please get paid enough to care, not sure why effort is so difficult to get an order complete and out in under 20 minutes- not a difficult concept. every time is a reminder of why we shouldnt have gone there. 25 minutes to get in and out, sit down mexican restaurant would have it out faster with chips & salsa for the wait

I will give them 1 star for being consistent.....consistently slow service, food greasy and not managed very well. Today it took 16 minutes to get our food. Yep....that is definitely fast food....NOT! Fire the whole staff and start over. The owner should get out from behind his checkbook and get in front of his customers....just saying

Its not that I dont like Taco Bell, but employment wise, due to being obviously short-staffed the employees were slow and the cashier needs more customer service classes on how to greet customers, she was cynical, sarcastic comments were not called for, the food was great but the wait was incredibly long. Was not a happy customer :/

Terrible. Abhorrent. 34 minutes in drive-thru and food was cold at delivery Not preparing for a dinner rush is merely a direct reflection of terrible management at all levels. I wont return to this T-Bell until I see a "NOW FIRING" sign in the window and I recommend that anyone who reads this review follows suit.

It has probably been about 10-12 years since I ate at a taco bell. I got the new breakfast waffle tacos. The store was clean, employees were friendly and quick, and it was a great price. Just remember its not very healthy, and the waffle tacos didnt exactly come out as advertised. Still, they tasted good.

Slowest service ever. Ive been here several times and it takes forever. Last time i did drive through took over a half hour after i ordered. This time i tried going inside. It was worse! I do not plan ever coming again. Id rather go to the competition for slightly worse food than deal with this place.

This Taco Bell is horrible. I have to wait forever for my food and when I finally get it, it is wrong. Almost every time I go here my order is wrong, which defeats the purpose of the drive-thru because you have to take the food back inside to get the order corrected. Worst fast food restaurant EVER!

Worst Taco Bell! Writing this review while Im sitting here stuck in the drive through. Its been 20minutes!! Every time I come to this Taco Bell its always a disappointment with the service! Manager needs to be fired and new staff needs to be hired. Smh! If I can give them zero stars I would!!
