The popeyes in my hometown is terrible they cant say lets fry some chicken. Before eating at canes everytime running over to Alexandria LA always stopped by the popeyes in Pineville LA those people know how to fry some chicken it taste extremely good and be crispy. New Orleans must have schooled them well come up to northern Louisiana cajun friends teach these airheads how to fry some chicken in Vidalia LA they cant fix chicken like the one in Pineville LA they can say we know how to fry yall chicken. I hope Zachary popeyes is just liked Pineville popeyes where they know how to fry some chicken if ever get hungry are dont feel like driving to canes for my favorites or traffic is heavy just stop by popeyes on old scenic hwy give them a try when moving down here.

The chicken is good because it is Popeyes and it should be! but in the 10 times that I have gone to this location I have had to wait more than 10 min. probably 7 of the ten times. I once called ahead to order chicken for a party then had to wait for it to be prepared when I arrived to pick it up at the scheduled time. I have not eaten here in months because of the level of service. I truly hope that it has improved.

This is the worst restaurant in town as far as service. The employees are so RUDE to customers it amazes me they are still in business. I cant understand why franchise owners will let there business go to the ground by letting their employees do as they please. Oh well, too many other food choices in town to deal with stupid. Ill never go back.

We have been to this location several times because it is close to our home. It is almost comical how long we have had to wait for our food. I would recommend avoiding this place if you are really hungry or in a hurry. The meals are reasonably priced and always a good treat if you want fried chicken.

Give it a three because the food is good and the employees are nice, but just about every-time at the drive thru you have to pull forward and wait. It doesnt matter even if Im the only car in line, I still have to pull up and wait, and sometimes wait quite awhile. Can somebody tell me why this is?

Food spot on and service very friendly and nice. Had relatives from out of state they even gave them directions to their location and suggested a few sight seeing spots the area they could see. Way to go! Selling Louisiana and popeyes brand as well. They and I will definitely return again.
