Not a family friendly family resturant... We arrived list night with our Children. It was about 7:25 at night. My 10 year olds eyes lit up when he saw the buffet of pizza in front of him. We were informed that the Buffet would be closed in 8 minutes, so unless we wanted to eat really quickly, it would not be available to us. Then we were told that one of the ovens were broken so it would take extra time for our pizza order. If my sons were not so excited for Pizza Hut pizza I would have left just then. I also have 2 other son’s 4 and 7. I went to the front and asked for some color crayons. To which I was informed “we do not have any, they were taken away” – Isn’t Pizza Hut a family restaurant? Even sportbar/restaurants have color crayons. And “taken away”… were you misbehaving with them?? As we place our order we had a coupon. Our server looked at it and said “It doesn’t say Eau Claire on it so I can’t take it”. Really, you don’t take Pizza Hut Coupons? What’s the point? The server did say he would make an exception for us and take it. 20 minutes after we arrived the pizza Buffet was still set up. So really, my son could have had it. We ordered 2 deep dish pizza’s. And they were good. Partway through our dinner our host came and asked if we wanted refills. 3 of the 5 of us did. When he returned the glasses they didn’t have any ice. Nothing like some room temperature iced tea to quench your thirst… We never look at the bill until we are ready to leave. And guess what, the coupon was not on there. There wasn’t any fuss getting it handled at the register. As I said, the food was fine. The service was OK (my expectations are really not high in a family restaurant) But the atmosphere, and the lack of respect for my dinning dollar will insure I do not come back again. I am willing to bet the burger place right next door has crayons for my kids and will put ice in my refilled drink. And they will do it with a smile...

WE USED TO LOVE PIZZA HUT BUT........ 3 STROKES AND YOU ARE OUT!!!! We ordered delivery in January for a birthday party but it never came and never came and never came. Called and was told that they were there but no one came to the door. Since l was in the room waiting what seemed like forever while the kids were still in the pool, l checked with the front desk of the hotel and they had not had anyone stop there and since they didnt stop at the room....Im not sure where they went but they said theyd bring it right back. We were less than 3 miles away but it took another 45 mins! Youd have thought the 8yr old kids were starving to death as they devoured the pizzas & breadsticks when it finally arrived! Last night l ordered pizzas, breadsticks, brownies, cookies & pop at 5:07 and was told it would be about 45 mins and since it was only 1-1/2 blocks away l figured they should be able to handle that. WEEEEEELLLLLL WAS I EVER WRONG!!!!!!!! It got here at 6:30 (thank God for junk food to feed one of the kids before she had to leave!) and the kids wouldnt drink the Sierra Mist that was supposed to be ROOTBEER! When paying over $60 + tip and waiting FOREVER.....youd think that they could get your order right!!!! We ordered a pizza from the Pizza Hut in Rice Lake at the beginning of Feb and after l got home it was raw in the middle! NEVER AGAIN FOR US!!!

One recent Saturday night I called the Pizza Hut by Kmart and placed an order. It was 10pm and I was told it would take about 45-60min. After about an hour and fifteen minutes I called Pizza Hut to see if the driver was lost. The driver informed me he had been to my location and nobody answered and also that he had called but nobody picked up. I checked my phone which had been on me with the ringer on and there were no missed calls. I also never heard my buzzer if he had actually came to the right location. He said he would come back, I never received my delivery that night or a call. I paid with a credit card. I am very disappointed with the service from that night. Ive never had a problem with this Pizza Hut location until now. I dont believe the driver ever went to the right location. I know this Pizza Hut location had my correct address because when I call they confirm my address from their computer system, so the mistake was not on my end.

Pizza Hut service is never stellar, but this was garbage all the way around. Website wont accept an existing address to which the store was able to deliver with a phone order. Total was different than the website and they did nothing about it. No apologies or courtesies even when I advised that I had been fighting with the website for 45 minutes nor when advised that the phone total was greater than the online total. If I had another choice at the time I had placed the order, I would not have given my business this time. NEVER again, Pizza Hut.

Out of breadsticks?! The breadsticks were the reason we went to pizzahut. How can you run out of breadsticks? We would have spent a sizeable amount of money to feed our party of eleven, but the managers decision to not buy our drinks made our decision to patronize a different establishment very easy. And when I wanted to talk to him as we left, he was too busy at the cutting table to bother. Apparently cutting the pizzas is a difficult job; one that is better left to someone without any business sense. I was happy to take my business elsewhere.

$2 for extra cheese? I ordered a large 3-topping and chose extra cheese as my 3rd topping. I was told that extra cheese cost $2 more. Isnt it the point of buying a 3-topping pizza to get 3 toppings? I always thought that was why they cost more. Now, Im being double-charged for cheese? I think Ill be going elsewhere from now on.

Service was poor, but the pizza was good so Ill give them three stars. Staff didnt seem to care about the customers. While I was waiting for my carry out order one lady remarked "they lost her order" and was waiting over an hour. Yikes.

While dining in, we were sitting in a booth close to the front and could hear the servers talking about different body piercings and the infections that came along with them. Not appetizing to say the least!

This location needs updating. The bathrooms are remodeled and spotless. The rest was dark, old and dirty. The curtains were filthy. The food was fine and the value was good.

Newly remodeled inside with several tvs to watch sports. Our pizza was very tasty, and the wait wasnt very long. The staff was friendly, and we were in and out in 35 min.

ZERO STARS BECAUSE THEY CLOSE 15 MINS EARLY IM GETTING REALLY SICK OF PLACES CLOSING WHEN THEY SHOULDNT CLOSED DOESNT MEAN YOU CLOSE 10 TO HOUR BEFORE THE CLOSING TIME
