If I could put in a negative as far as star rating...I would. This Pizza-Hut is beyond terrible. The customer service is horrible and working in the customer service field, I would say it is beyond reproach. Being a national chain, the customers expectation is that despite where I am... I get the same service because its the brand that is being represented. Ive lived in different locations across the country and I would have to say by far...this is the worst Pizza-Hut. They throw up your food and have no respect for presentation. If asked they tell you that it happened on they way to your location (delivery). I have had food not delivered even though paid for and promised to be delivered immediately. Store credits that you cant redeem. For the small area and national brands as far as pizza is concerned they have the town monopolized. But I tell you what.... Ill stick with Mazzios. At least they have better customer service.

Gross! They asked for my address for delivery, then they said 30 minutes for a wait. Im pretty patient but an hour and a half later, I called to check on it and they told me they put it down for pick up. So instead of cooking another pizza and delivering it, they brought me the one that had been sitting under the heating rack for an hour, was dry, and cold. Worst pizza I have ever had. I understand things happen, but they could have at least remade the pizza since they screwed up... I also paid $25 for a specialty... Nothing can top this grossness.

First off. I ordered 1 large cheese Pizza and 1 large chicken and vegetable pizza. Also a side of 18 piece medium buffalo wings. I get to this location. I see my name as order #144. So I tell the young lady my name and what order Im here to pick up. The gentleman in front of me had an order for an 18 piece mild. I heard the guy from the kitchen tell him they made a mistake and added the medium sauce.. so he asked if that would be ok. The man says yes and left. Now they tell me the Manger made a mistake and took it out on a delivery.

i love pizza hut. i travel for work this pizza hut has had poor service everytime i order carryout. be ready to wait longer than expected, to not be offered any napkins, expect to not recieve any plates, cheese, or peppers; they are always out. also if you order wings remember no ranch come with it. the person at the window said the wings already have sauce on them. i paid already with a card and he was trying to charge for even one ranch dipping sauce.

alf verry rude i had to repeat my phone number 5 times and the guy was verry rude. he sounded verry getto...he was a smart ass. i am discusted your online price was half the cost of what he quoted me . forget it man the only half decent place too eat in this sorry town is Huddle House...

I always order online and the service has always been great with the exception of 1 time(one time it was exceedingly late). My family has a large pizza order at least twice a month. The pizza is great. Try online ordering..It will change your life ;)

This location only offers carry-out or delivery service, no dine-in option. The staff is always friendly and prompt, especially one of the night managers who I believe is named Cole. He deserves a raise.
