Celiac baby in our family. Its been a LONG road with trips to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester and lots of hard days. Once we found out our little guy had to go gluten free and is EXTREMELY sensitive to even the "gluten free" foods out there, we thought our restaurant days were over. We found out about the gluten free pizza here and the manager was SO kind hearted for us. He was truly the nicest person to deal with our situation. They did EVERYTHING they could to keep our son from getting "glutened" we call it. Unfortunately, he still did, and we should have known he would. But he loves their pizza so much, my non eater ate FOUR pieces! He was such a happy boy! Granted hes in bed sick now, I know he would do it again if he had it his way! Were sorry we cant come back, but were grateful for the service and to see our son enjoying some yummy food with a grin from ear to ear. GOD bless!

Nice lunch, good food! All was great while I was there except for one thing; lots of crumbs on the floor. When I asked one of the employees about it, he said they hate to bring out the noisy vacuum when folks are eating. I suggested they get one of those little push around sweepers. He said that hed tell the manager. All else was great. Food was frest and hot. Never ran out of anything and the place was full. Couldnt find a thing wrong except the floor. I mentioned this on the survey at Pizza Ranch. com; so well see what happens. By the way, the bill was just over $18.00 for two so I thought it was a bargain for all I had and how good it was.

Overall very good. Buffet food was hot and fresh. Everything was nice and clean. Counter guy was very friendly. Hopefully it was just that night but the other customers were like field mice swarming over the food unsure if they would get to eat tomorrow. Went up to get some desert pizza. There was about a third of the pan left. I watched the guy in front of me put it all on his plate.

I saw a young lady stand by the buffet waiting for pizza for so long... once they finally brought it out a bunch of kids swooped in and snatched it all up. She was too timid to get any even after waiting for over 10 minutes, so she started to cry. She stood there for like 5 more minutes until she got a piece. That girl must really love pizza!

Where are the fish sticks? Im not really sure. I looked here there everywhere. I looked under the seats...tables....all I found was chicken. This is a seafood restaurant right? But overall good service. Also too many hollering people outside. Staff looks like they hate there life. Cheer up little buddies.

OK, if you like dried out pizza thats been sitting under heat lamps. Salad bar isnt bad, but not a lot of choices. Best thing about this place is the chicken. Atmosphere is OK, especially liked it when a manager came out to a table and told the two young men to get back to work. Classy!

So our first visit to this locations was not the best. But they definitely redeem them selfs. Everything was hot and fresh. They always had something for everyone dueing the dinner buffet. Super tasty! If you you have a craving for some fried chicken or pizza thia is the spot.

Took over an hour for a 3 piece chicken dinner to be delivered and only got sass from the person I talked to on the phone. Then the chicken was soggy when I got it and the biscuit was hard. Didnt get a discount, a sorry...nothing but sass and soggy chicken!

Inexpensive for a pizza buffet and you are always asked if there is any special pizza you would like them to make staff is friendly tables are cleaned and wiped off in a timely manner and manager always comes and asks if every thing is ok

Pizza selection is slim. During peak hours, scraps to pick from. Special ordered pizzas get lost and served to other tables. One employee always stands out to me. Kim, she does an excellent job meeting consumer needs. JWD!

We went on kids eat free night it was chaos. But everything went fine love the chicken and the pizza was good. Remember when you go you can special order and they bring them to your table when theyre done. Cant beat that

Loved the mac n cheese pizza! Restaurant was super busy and we had a party of 10. Didnt have to wait for a table so we were seated and eating within 5 min. Fast convenient and good for buffet style food.

Excellent chicken and pizza. The place is a little cramped, and the staff seemed to have a little trouble keeping some items on the buffet. Id give it 5 stars for the food, but not so much for the venue.

The crystal meth was great I really enjoyed the places the put it behind the ice cream machine, under pizza, on a bag on the bottem plate so yeah I would buy it again from there

Pissed off Thursday night and wanted an hour from 5 pm all to get 5 pieces of pizza. Kitchen staff was slacking is what they told me. Bullshit had to go to McDonalds after.

While the wait time is decent for what type of restaurant it is, the food is sub-par at best. They dont keep the hot case in stocks and the floor is almost always dirty
