This was my first and last time at this place. Took my son out for lunch. It was the worst Chinese food I have ever had, everything was cold except the sweet & sour sauce, crab rangoon was over cooked and had hardly nothing in the middle, egg roll was not even close to warm. Didnt even think about 2nd helping. Even my son didnt go for 2nd helping, said that sushi was fake tasting.. It was not even busy for the lunch hour, only 5 other tables, and I see why.. waitress never came to our table, went to pay and was $20, told cashier that everything was cold and VERY PRICEY..she says "oh really" seriously..not even sooo sorry...you make McDonalds look great..and that is not saying much..should have went to chikafila...I do not recommend this place unless you want to waste your money.

Food was okay. When the bill came, an extra charge of $1.10 was charged for paying with a card. This was not mentioned prior to paying, and when I got my receipt I asked if I could simply pay with cash to avoid the charge. The waiter agreed, "cancelled" my credit card transaction, and gave me my receipt. When I looked at the receipt, I noticed that instead of a cancellation, I was getting a refund... for $1.10 less than I had paid. I inquired with the lady in charge and she assured me the transaction had been cancelled and I would receive a refund for the full amount. More than a week later, I take a look at my credit card statement to see that is not the case. Its a small amount of money, but it takes some nerve to lie to a customers face like that. Shady business!

Note to the owner. We have frequented your establishment for a year and it was really a nice restaurant a year ago. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. However, the last two times I have been in, the last being Nov. 26, 2014 at the supper hour, there were many in the dining room, the food was deplorable. The ribs absolutely were tough and every item on the buffet was cold, the meat was mushy and indiscernible. I tried to eat the cabbage and it was not cooked enough to eat. Even down to the ice cream which was not frozen. No one is at the helm of this ship and it doesnt take much for people to decide to go elsewhere. Hope to hear things have changed at some point in the future.

Absolutely awful. They charged us for glasses of water and refills, never once stated that refills cost additional, nor asked if we wanted, just took the glass and returned. The food was of poor quality and several of us from the same group are still sick a day later. Would never eat here again nor recommend it to anyone, if anything I am warning all my friends in the area to stay away. Funny thing is, after horrible service and over charging, the lady behind the counter ASKED if I would leave them a tip. Then acted upset towards me when I continued to refuse due to the poor service and food.

This place is a cheap chinese buffet and you get exactly what you pay for: American style Chinese food en masse. Despite what someone else said, Ive never had an issue here with anything being dirty and the staff is perfectly polite. In particular, one of the waitresses is very shy and doesnt have great English (although Ive seen it improve over the course of my visits there), so that may have been why she came off as rude. Overall, the food is usually hot and tastes pretty good, so its definitely worth a visit if youre in Arnold anyways.

My family and I have enjoyed coming here for many years the food is good in the service is usually pretty good too although now they have started charging an extra dollar 10 service fee for paying with a credit card which would be nice to know before they run your check and bring you your bill and its higher than you expect it granted a dollar 10 isnt that big of a deal its just a fact that I feel like it was tacked on without any notice so for that I have your ducted to Stars

Gross. Counters and dishes were dirty, silverware was all spotty, and they acted like they didnt even wanna deal with me because Im white. All the other people who came in there who looked Asian were treated MUCH nicer and with more respect than some of the other people there, such as myself. I find this place HIGHLY racist, and will never go again. Ive already filed a complaint with corporate.

DO NOT EAT!! Food was not sterile nor hot! I complained about food being cold and the manager still made me pay? Just because our plates were on our table already. My cousin ate their crawfish/crawdads and he now has food poisoning! Do NOT give them your service very disgusting! This place needs shut down!

Just like other reveiws. Service was horrabile, and food was not hot at all! I touched my hand on steam table and didnt even get a burn. WOW! Really didnt feel confortable letting my pregenant wife consume the food but we were already commited. Hope for the best! Never go there.

Great food, good price and a wonderful staff. Great family dining with a large selection. I felt like a guest and not just a random customer. Drinks were refilled in a timely fashion. The food was hot and fresh as well as delicious. Eat here and youll be full all day.

This buffet right here is awesome! Food has been fresh every time Ive gone but once. Its delicious and clean. Right next to the gym so you may feel the guilt as you pile pounds of delicious Chinese food into your belly but who cares? Its great.

Great place for Chinese food. Better then most in the area. Only draw back is some of my favorite selections like the corn nuggets are not always available every trip. Great service and still highly recommended to any looking for Chinese food

Terrible food, terrible selection. Definitely recycled food from the day before. Minimum. The taste was poor, the deserts were awful. By far the worst Chinese buffet that I have ever been. Never to return.

The foods decent and the price would be decent if you come early. Their website says they close at 11 but they actually close at 9:30. We got there at 8:30 and they werent bringing anymore fresh food out.

The food is pretty good and for the price you can always get your fill. Sometimes the for that is it is a little old, but if you ask they will bring fresh stuff out.
