Fantastic Sushi and Sashimi! This buffet is a must try, while a buffet is problematic at best, this one stands heads and shoulders above all others and shoulder to shoulder with any excellent "sit down" restaurant. I go way out of my way to stop by every chance I can! I happened upon the "Crystal Buffet" over two years ago and have been a faithful patron ever since. The shashimi is always fresh and firm, with excellent flavor and an adventure to the taste buds. The sushi is the freshest I have ever sampled, just like expected at an establishment exclusively serving made to order sushi. The rice is perfectly cooked and not dry/hard and the vareity will have something for everyone. The Hibachi grill cooks expertly prepare whatever raw meats and veggies you select to to your hearts desire. The rest of the "Chinese Buffet" is above par with excellent selection ranging from pork dumplings to Gummi Bears! The only nominal choice I can relay is the "General TSOs" chicken, which is a bit too "soggy" for my taste, however, as anyone familiar with this dish and its infinite variability in preparation...this is a minor MINOR critique! The excellent food, great price and conveniece to the best shopping in Melbourne make this an absolute must to stop in an have a wonderful meal! Lastly, they also offer a Military discount!

The food at this buffet is amazing and my in-laws have come to visit and have enjoyed this buffet previously. As we went to the sushi bar, on todays visit, I left the tongs in the octopus salad bacause I asked my 80 year old father in law, who had just arrived after spending 22 hours by Amtrack, if he wanted some and he said yes. All of the sudden I heard a slam and looked up to see a short angry old oriental man starring me down. When I realized he had snatched the tongs, before my father in law could get them, and threw them on the serving plate, I had to step away as not to lose my composure. I went back to my seat and told the waitress, and she sent me to the manager. The manager said it would not happen again, but didnt seem to really care. When we left, the grumpy sushi chef was still grumpy, he was never sent to us to correct the rude gesture, and we payed full price. I promise you that will be the last that they see of us. Customer service with the server girls outstanding but they old grump at the sushi bar needs to go!......We are thinking he must be a relative!

This restaurant is the rudest in brevard county. I would come here again just because I like their seafood but thats it, everything else is not that tasty. The staff was rude, my brother is autistic and they kept pushing him to say his grade because they didnt believe that he was 9. My brother started to freak out and they kept pushing the fact for him to say his age and that was the manager! I never have wrote a bad review for anyone, but the whole staff was just plain rude they were laughing at me or my little brother for a distant and pointing. They need to work on their hospitality and be a nice rather than rude. Im very upset that they did that to my brother, I have never had someone force my little brother which he is autistic to say something when knowingly knows his conditions and was told that he will start freaking out if you keep asking him expectually in a rudely manner. Again, I would eat here again but the staff was very rude.

I have been to Crystals several times during various days and hours and I am still happy with it. Wait staff CAN be hit or miss (but isnt that the case everywhere?) and the atmosphere is nice but the music can be a little weird (Why does the Titanic theme even get played?) I feel the music is on a looped program as you hear the same songs no matter when you come. The food has always been nice and hot or nice and cold, the sushi is fresh most to all of the time. Experience has told me that when a restaurant has been opened a couple of years, (Dao Japanese, Great Wall) the service and food become so-so to horrible. So far Crystals is following this same trend. The chefs used to have little animals made of sushi behind the sushi plates and the presentation has been better in the past... BUT I will continue to go to Crystals as the prices are good for the food and services.....

This place has a variable Chinese Food and options of Japanese Food as well. The taste is not bad, the restaurant is very clean and the servers always very courteous. It is a good deal in cost benefit. Este lugar tem uma variável comida chinesa e opções de comida japonesa também. O sabor não é ruim, o restaurante é muito limpo e os garçons são sempre muito cortês. É um bom negócio em custo benefício.

Ive been to Crystal buffet with my family several times now, both lunch and dinner. Lunch is the best value as all of the favorite are there along with a huge assortment of sushi. Fresh haas avocado and many toppings for the sushi make for an incredible variety. The hibachi Grill is fabulous as well with lots of choices and Great Cooks. Tons of variety of Chinese dishes, soups, salads and desserts. Hand dipped ice cream and an assortment of cookies cakes and custards. You cannot go wrong with this place. At dinner they had lots of seafood and Specialty dishes. all of the vegetables are cooked to perfection without being overdone, bok choy, button mushrooms, string beans, cabbage. The list of positives goes on and on

Crystal Buffets extensive hot and cold buffet selections will please even the fussiest diner. Sushi, salads, and desserts are near the front, followed by seveal rows of hot buffet favorites such as bourban chicken, cheese wontons, vegetable lo-mein, peppered beef, and baked fish. The back wall showcases the Hibachi grill with a chef waiting to make a delicious meal from your chosen ingredients. Ive found something that Ive loved every time Ive been there (three times), and I like that they refill sodas. The last time that I was there (Aug 6, 2017), they were offering 10% off if you brought in new school supplies for a donation.

This is my #1 spot for Asian /American buffet places in town. I say that because the food is always fresh, sushi? About an 8 out of 10. (1=Wouldnt even feed to my pet to 10= Best thing Ive ever eaten. For better reference, lol) They have hibachi as well, for people who dont like sushi. In total, off the top of my head I believe they have 8-10 food stations which are doubled and have roughly 6-8 different items at each station. There isnt any wait normally until dinner rush (5:30pm up to 7pm) Thanks for reading, Enjoy!

Ive been in the area for over 8 years and it is difficult for me to find a chinese buffet that has fresh warm food that hasnt been sitting under the heat lamps for hours, or one that the table tops arent covered in grease. This place was wonderful. They checked off all of my pet peeves. Everything was fresh and warm. Very clean looking. Sushi bar has quite a variety aswell as the desserts abd fruits, very fresh also. We were greated by multiple servers and they were all very pleasant. I give them 5 stars.
