Would probably do no stars if I could. Went here today for lunch with my mom, as soon as we got in we went up to the buffet to get food. Noticed there really wasnt that much of a selection and with what there was most was dried up, old, and cold like it had been sitting there for hours. We had already got our drinks so we decided to bite the bullet and just eat. They brought out some new cooked food which still didnt taste very good but we ate. At the time we arrived it was just at the end of lunch time about to be 4:00 in the afternoon we probably arrived at like 3:30. We payed the lunch price. When we thought we were done eating I decided I wanted to get a different drink than what I had because the pepsi I was drinking was flat and tasted watered down. I had one glass of pepsi decided to drink it figured when she came to give a refill I would ask for something else. Well she figured we were done eating, walked by, looked at my glass, and walked right past to go get our check. I asked when she came back if I could get a different drink and she acted like it was an inconvenience and asked what I wanted, when I told her she said they were out of that kind of pop. So I just said forget it. She then walked away and then a cook brought out some crab legs. My mom decided to go up and try them. When we came back the waitress said that we have to pay dinner price because the crab was for dinner. My mom said no we are not paying for dinner price she didnt tell us it was dinner time there were no signs or time limits for anything. We ended up leaving. Will never go back here. Food was disgusting. Especially the dessert.

Very poor service. No refills offered or plates taken away from our table. We didnt see our server again until she brought our bill. The food was decent enough , but the lack of service was very disappointing. When we brought this to the front desks attention he said " What you want me to do about it?! " ( as he turned off the tablet he had been glued to the entire time )I asked for the drinks to be removed from our bill. He did remove them, but slammed around the machine and our debit card and the pen to sign. We will NOT be returning.

After being seated the hostess was never seen again for the rest of the meal. Let us not forget the restroom was unattended possibly for several shifts leaving a mess for customer to endure. Also for the heat baked dishes appeared far past time to be served. The staff was not concerned with the food or charging far too much for a small selection. It would be more welcoming if the decor was more soothing unlike the feeling of a tire shop waiting area.

They even had some American food choices... mashed potatoes with gravy and pigs in a blanket (hots dogs in crescent rolls). Great service... and their English was great compared to many places Ive been. My 3 year old was free. Lunch buffet was only $6 per adult! They also have a mangolian grill where you pick your food and they cook it right then and there. My family will definitely be returning.

OK, so we really used to like going there. We have become increasingly frustrated with the level of quality in the food served. Last summer we went in and the temperature in the restaurant was very warm and the selections on the Mongolian BBQ did not look at all safe to eat. We determined that since the quality seemingly had been going down hill for awhile, this would be our last visit.

Overall the food and service is good. But if you come to eat say at two after the lunch rush alot of the food is dried out. This is the only reason for three stars. So come at lunch time. The same thing at supper time. Its really a problem then unless you see them bring fresh out then it is great. Im sure a lot of it is left from lunch.

The only Chinese buffet in town. The dinning area is nice and kinda upscale feeling. As far as Chinese buffets go this one is generally pretty good. The safe is nice although generally quiet and dont say much. I do really like that this buffet also has a small Mongolian grill inside too.

Food selection very poor. Charges $13 for a buffet that is supposed to have crab legs, never bring out more than four at a time didnt even get any. No one ever came to refill drink or even give me my check. Again food choices terrible and what they had was not very good.

Extremely polite however, The dishes where just thrown together.. no real craft in thier cooking. I wouldnt be surprised if most of their product was heat and serve from Cisco, and still it was a $10 lunch. No Wifi. Wont ever return.

Not affiliated with the big franchise...this is smaller & locally owned. Nice array of items for a smaller Chinese buffet. Clean & comfortable. Popular & inexpensive. Very stout tea ...almost coffee like.

I love this place. Especially the phenomenal crab legs and Rangoons. The hosts and service are very polite and make you feel comfortable. The decor takes you to China (with a buffet). Highly recommended.

Food was old and tasted horrible. Waitress forgot our drinks. The rice was krusty. Food quality was poor. Not worth even spending 5 bucks. No AC only fan. Place was dirty. Not going back EVER!!!!!!

The worst Chinese place to eat in Iowa. Terrible service & terrible food. As well as the food being cold and tasting awful. We had a pile of plates stacked and the waitress was to never be seen.
