The waitresses are promt!! But the food is hit and miss not much looked appetizing!!! Mac n cheese was mush! Italian sausage was very very dry I passed it off on my hubbys plate! The bourbon st chicken was weird not great... Fish took one bite and was done... Potatoes and gravy were good.. the pudding was thumbs down we each took one bite and wish we hadnt! Strawberrys were not ripe enough!!! Cantelope was ok.... Probably will not go back after that have been before and it was good we didnt know what everyone else was talking about when they said golden corral was nasty. March 11th 2016 around 2 pm worse golden corral buffet ever!!!!! And another thing.... Couple of ladys in the desert area were chatting up a storm and were very sloppy like serving deserts on the plates some were half slid off very sloppy!! Dont believe in waisting food cause we are not rich but it was a waist of our time and money!!!!

My family and i came here a couple months ago and I noticed hair mixed in my food as I was eating. Tonight are family came here and my husband finds a cooked spider in mushrooms!! I take it to the managers attention and he tells me that its not a spider, so I show him the legs and body, (larger than fi get nail size and clearly a spider with multiple legs) he argues with me that its a peice of cloth that got cooked. I show him how the bug falls apart and pull the legs off and he STILL continued to argue with me so I walked away. He did pull the mushrooms but I received no apology nor was I asked how it could be taken care of!!!! Time after time I have given this Manawa location a chance and each time I am even more disappointed!!! I will blast this on Facebook and all media sites so my friends and family are aware!!!! Absolutely Disgusted!!!!! I will NEVER return again!!!!!!

Tweeker central. Heres a good example why you should stay in school. If you need a good laugh start here. Heres a man doing a womens job. Talking smack like hes the man. Complete dork geeked out. Total under achiever dick smoker wishing he could suck mine. Im bet your womans proud of you CHAMP!!! When you move out of feather stone or get an adults job youll get a better tip and make more money.... First thing you need to do is shut your mouth and then get off the dope. Couldnt handle the manager job huh? Whats that take a third grade education?

Hit and miss. Service can be spotty, there are some great waitresses and some that are not attentive at all. The first time we went the waitress didnt indrouce herself or come to our table at ALL. We had talked to the manager who is VERY understanding and a stand up guy! We came back a second time (the manager had gave us coupons for a free meal) the service and food was exceptional. I never rate or review things, but I felt the manager ( I believe his name is Chris) deserves some recognition.

Giving one star due to false information. I asked before paying if there is still steak all day on the menu for the weekends and the cashier said yes we have it all day today. Come to find out they only do it on Sunday. If i had known that i would have went somewhere else ince i wanted steak. They need to educate their employees so their customers arent disappointed. Never eating here again. Took me and my family out to eat here for something to do. And they made us all sick. We ended up going to the ER and when everything was over we called to try and get our refund back they were very rude , cursing, and made up every excuse possible not to give our money back. Waste of time /space with this place. Never coming here ever again

I dont know how the negative reviews are explained. I have eaten here several times and always come away satisfied and full. This is a buffet, well attended by both locals and travelers. It is my preferred buffet restaurant if there is a choice. People who are spoiled by waited service are not going to like any buffet. I discount the negative earlier reviews.

The Golden Corral at Exit 3 off of I-80 in Council Bluffs, Iowa, is far and away the best one weve ever eaten at. It has a long, good salad bar (although my wife wishes they would bring back the pickled herring). She loves the pot roast (flavor!). And on and on: veggies, 4 soups, steak, fried chicken, desserts and lots more. Go hungry, leave happy. --- Semaj3

Not one of my favorite places. The food all tastes a little strange to me. There tends to be a difference in the flavor of foods at a buffet vs other places that serve the same foods. I call that the buffet taste and I dont like it but if it doesnt bother you then, typically the staff is friendly and helpful. Also they do have amazing desert.

Good food. Great service. Bathrooms are always a mess, though, and the buffet is often out. If youre patient it gets refilled but sometimes takes a bit, which can be a little frustrating if you have a picky eater to feed who wont settle in the meantime. Worth waiting though. Usually pretty crowded.

Very wide selection of items. The only thing I feel like they should have is assigned seating. Very tough there to find a place to sit especially when they are busy. Very friendly staff also! I personally like a server at the lake Manawa location named Cera. Very friendly and hardworking

The price of 6 people and 4 of them are kids was almost 100.00 dollars that is not right so we left and got our money back the price is to much for under income people that are from out of town and you couldnt even make out what the person said when they said anything.

Varied menu, lots of salad and vegetable options, plus a jillion desserts including a no-sugar-added blueberry pie that I especially like. As with lots of buffets, there is so much good stuff that its hard not to stuff yourself and walk out waddling.

Grossssssss.... seriously way overpriced, food was low grade awfulness. On the other hand, if you need a ton of food to shovel in to your face at $13.99 a person, plus, $2.99 for a drink, go here and risk salmonella altogether. Bon appe-bluh.

This has the best meat you will ever find on a buffet. They make steaks to order, and they usually have good specials. There are amazing desserts, breads, and vegetables. Remember though, this is a buffet, not a five star restaurant.

My husband and I have been there many times. The food taste good, huge variety, and the vegetables are always fresh! While its a place for all-you-can-eat, the waiters/waitresses try their best to provide services like drink refill.

Mrs.Denise McKeag is the best Manager Ive ever met, her counter part who weights 400 pounds could learn from her. The food is delicious the service is great. Javier needs to drop 200 pounds then he could be like Denise.
