think the worst Chinese place in town. They need to learn customer service. both times there. bad experience. waiters quick to sit my family down. And get us out it seemed.wiping table. and grabbing plates when not finished. had an order to go. I asked for no onions. Order came back with onions. I asked for no onions I said. Manager came and said you can just pick them out. I looked at him and said are you serious. So he snatched a bag from me and fix the order. said something in their language to the other staff. Im pretty sure I was getting cussed up. What bad about this is my kid was right there. I believe I was charged too much for this meal. So I looked at the bill. I could not read the writing. Just a thought, if you work in United States you should learn to write and speak English well.

The service was terrible. I went with a friend in the middle of dinner service & their was no one else there! We went in were informed that babies eat free, but you have to pay 3$ for the kids drink. The food was barely warm & looked very old like it may have been from lunch time; & when asked for fresh/more food the response was slow; as if they really didnt want to make more food for just a few people. No refills, or plate disposal, the waiter also gave us only a few napkins & when we ran out, after no service, her son went to get some napkins the waiter snatched the napkins back just to throw them away! JUST STAY AWAY TRY THE MEXICAN SPOT ACROSS THE PARKING LOT INSTEAD! They have a groupon for the Puerto Vallarta.

Okay so me and my family ate here for the 1st time and the serves was BAD we had to clear our own plates and get our own drinks... The second time was even WORSE we had to clear our plates and get our own drinks and finally my girlfriend had it and went to the front counter and told the head hostess and she had a talk with our waiter and he was very rude he waited for me to go to the bathroom and disrespected my girlfriend in front of our kids and when i confronted him her thought it was very fun ... Id never take my family back to that place ever ...

This place used to be one of my favorites. Ive noticed in the last couple of years that the quality has gone down, everything from the staff service, to the decor and seating, and especially the food. There are still some delicious items, but the sushi is never fresh, at least when Ive gone. Also, the staff is not very attentive about getting used dishes off your table or re-filling drinks, and they bring you your check before youve even sat down for your first plate.

It was my first time going to the buffet not sure what I was going to find bc it say international. Its a chinese buffet that also has japinese sushi (very good), and somethings for the kids like pizza and french fries. The food was good for price and the waitress was nice, and surpirely the decor was wonderful for this part of the town. I would take my family there from now on.

Went in for a birthday dinner, we have had great experiences here before. There were 5 of us eating, we all got our food and the food that should of been hot was luke warm. What should of been a great time with great was absolutely disgusting!! The waitress did not smile one time and never said thanks or anything. Will never return again!!!

Its a good place to have lunch. The food taste is good as well as the price per person. They have a point system where you get a card and per every visit they mark it down and when you get 9 buffets the 10th is FREE, and it counts per person not per visit which if you go with two or three other people you make it to the 10th buffet faster.

The food and service where both horrible! It was dry and flavorless. The crawfish looked disgusting, the food looked and treated like it was from that afternoon. After leavinh my husband ended up coming home and getting sick from the food there. I would not recommend this at all there are way better places out there.

A lot of the food was cold, couple good entrees. The bathroom was the worst smelling restroom Ive ever been in it was a sewer smell, it was so bad I lost my appetite. I didnt eat and they wouldnt take the full price off the buffet just a slight discount.

Have eaten at buffets all across the country and this one is towards the top. Food was excellent and service was great. Had some old sushi when we arrived but they was quick to disgard and replace. Will definitely eat here again.

Horrible. Dirty establishment, cold food. I told our waiter the food was cold and instead of making fresh hot food they told us that they would just turn their dream tables on. It used to be a great place.

The food was just terrible it was half cold my Pepsi tasted like lemon which to me made me think i had sombodys dirty tea glass and my new pop was warm and flat DONT EVER COME HERE EVER NEVER EVER AGAIN

Nice atmosphere food was very sub-par. The breaded shrimp was stale which I didnt know was possible and the chicken teriyaki was super dry all in all it was not worth the money spent on the meal
