I went to the restaurant and arrived at 8:40 p.m, I got my plate to start at 8:50 p.m at surprise!!! No mash potatoes, they told me it will take 5 minutes, waited and waited, and waited, returned after 15 minutes, then a cook tells me there wont be any more, what is going on??? I watched my clock and it was 9:05 p.m and I could not order medium cook meat, they told me all I have is well done, and next to it they were cleaning and you could see the splash, This is wrong guys!!! Then my server is DJ and I told him : Would you get me a complain paper, he goes to the manager and she told him, we are out of it, and then he tells me if you need to talk she says to go to her to talk......... SHE ASKED ME TO GO!!!.......THEN AFTER 10 MINUTES SHE WALKS BY MY TABLE (BOOTH IN FRONT OF CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN) AND ASKED ME : IS EVERYTHING ALL RIGHT??? HOW CAN SHE BE A MANAGER, WHEN THERE IS A COMPLAIN YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO IMMEDIATELY GO TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON!!! NOOOO SHE WAS TALKING TO A GUY, SEATING IN FRONT BETWEEN DESERTS AND FOOD, I WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL I TOLD HER, I WAITED FOR THE MASH POTATO AND ALSO TOLD HER WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO COME, SHE TRIED TO TOUCH MY SHOULDER, AND I TOLD HER DO NOT TOUCH ME PLEASE I AM MAD, AND ALSO TOLD HER THIS NOT GOOD.......(9:10 P.M NO CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN KIDS AROUND......NO FRESH MEAT AT 9:05 P.M, NO LITTLE CHINESE FOOD AT 8:50 AND LEFT OVERS COLD!!! NO MASH POTATO SINCE 8:50, NO FRIED FISH, I DON"T UNDERSTAND!!! WHY PAYING OVER 28 DOLLARS AFTER 8:30 WHEN THERE IS NO FOOD!!! WHY A MANAGER DOESN"T DO HER JOB AND EXPECTS PEOPLE TO GO TO HER!!!!! I COULD HAVE GONE TO 71ST CAUSE I LIVE CLOSER THERE, BUT I WENT THERE BECAUSE EVERY TIME I WENT THERE AT 12:00 P.M IT WAS PERFECT BUT NOW IT IS TOO DISAPPOINTING YOU THINK I AM NOT SAYING THE TRUTH, WATCH YOU SECURITY CAMERAS, THEY DONT LIE, AND I HOPE THIS DOESNT AFFECT DJ MY SERVER, HE WAS GOOD!!! RAW PRIME RIB We have been to this place several times, including on prime rib weekend. Usually, the prime rib is pretty good. But last night was disappointing and downright bad! The prime rib was RAW. I love a good medium rare prime rib but raw is a little extreme for me. I asked the manager if he thought it looked raw and he basically blew me off. He tried to tell me that is how it was supposed to look. We sat at a table near the meat station and just laughed as person after person came up to the prime rib and walked away with a disgusted look on their faces. Occasionally, a good ole boy would come up and brave a slice of the still-bleeding piece of beef only because he didnt know any better. I watched one guy sit down, take a big bite and spit it right back onto his plate. I thought maybe it was just that particular hunk of meat that was undercooked so I waited. After an hour of munching on side items, they finally brought out a new hunk of prime rib. I went up and asked for a slice---BRIGHT RED! I placed a finger to the meat and it was cold to the touch. The nice old Mexican lady who cut the meat for me looked at me and with a smile and a straight face said, "Want me to grill that?" Like I said, usually this place is pretty decent. But if you are going to charge the extra money because its prime rib weekend, cook the prime rib correctly! The next time we feel like GC, well probably go to the one by the mall even though its usually busier and the parking is awkward.

Yo voy a GC principalmente porque me gusta la carne a la parrilla y sus precios son aceptables, pero tienen un problema: algunos parrilleros NO SABEN hacer carne a la parrilla! en vez de asarla la hierven! y no saben cuando esta a punto medio, seca, cruda o jugosa... Creo que deberian entrenarlos. Aveces se come muy Buena carne y aveces muy mala... y hablo de los GC de mas de 15 estados por los que he viajado.

As I was easygoing my lunch, I was eating one of the hamburger sliders and found a hair in it... I told my waited and she went and got the manager.. He came to my table and just looked at me waiting for me to say something, So I let him know that there was a hair and he was like "okaay, what do you want me to do about it?" I said well I know it happens and I just wanted you to be aware... He continued to just stand there with this funny look on his face, So I said can I help you? He said what do you want me to do about it? Being a smart ass then daid do you want another one.. like It was something I ordered and couldnt walk 10ft and get me another one...

PLEASE READ This is very easy to over eat at but worry about that later enjoy the magnificent food and family atmosphere while your there,I find it great for family or solo dining(more food for you XD)I also enjoy mixing foods to see what they taste like me and my friends turn it into a guessing game.They have overall amazing food and the employees are great.I also think they are good for breakfast,lunch,or dinner.Wide selection of food for kids and adults (it doesnt matter how old you are you cant resist dipping ice cream in a chocolate fountain or eating mac and cheese till you puke)

La verdad soy un amante de la carne y las ensaladas soy de un paladar muy exigente y percibo al instante cualquier sabor fuera de orden. Pero aqui cumplieron con mis expectativas. Les recomiendo los cortes. *Los aderezos no son buenos. *Los meseros son muy amables.

My boyfriend ended up in the hospital with food poisoning after eating there Monday night, after eating the seafood salad! Id advise anyone eating here to be very cautious. For this has him in the hospital still! Also if anyone else ate this Monday night and got sick please contact the local health department!!! And please post about it, people need to know this about killed him!!!

This place is a joke I signed up for the good as gold club and they sent me a buy get one free buffet email coupon. When I went with a bunch of my friends they would not honor it by showing it on my phone. They said it needed to be printed out. But if I printed it out it would be the same thing on my phone. Very unprofessional. Im NEVER EVER going back.

The food was so hard that we couldnt eat it. When my elderly mother talked to the "management team member" he told her that it gets that way sometimes just go get another plate. She told him it tasted like old food he argued with her. He told her "because you know everything". So rude and insulting. Never going back!

I love their food. I love buffets in general. I love that they support veterans. But God I hate the kids in this place. Raised by water-head caveman parents. My advice? Try lunch on a school day. None of the great dinner options, but you dont have to watch little Jose stick his dirty hands in all the desserts.
