Horrible experience. I ordered seafood Pho. I should have known better seeing that one of the ingredients is imitation crab meat, but I can handle it in small doses. The pho was overcooked and mushy except the calamari. Mushy noodles mushy shrimp, and mushy fake crab meat which is not even required to be cooked! When I informed the server of the issue he questioned me far too much and when I asked to get something different he had to ask the "manager". He got the OK and came back. I got some egg rolls to go as I was already running late due to the slow service. When I got the bill he he explained to me that his "manager" would only allow him to give me a 25% discount on the crappy Pho and that I would be charged the full price for the egg rolls so that I would essentially be only paying 50 cents for the egg rolls. I said thats fine and informed him that I would not be coming back. I paid the bill left a decent tip at the assumption that he was under the mercy of his "manager" and exited the establishment.

It was horrible. When we entered we were told to sit anywhere despite the sign that said to wait to be seated. We then had to wait 20 minutes just to receive menus. When we received the menus the server insulted our intelligence by implying that we would need pictures to order food.(the menus are in English). After ordering a party of 5 entered and recievieved menus and ordered and received food all before we got our food. We got so frustrated after 1 hour of waiting that we walked out without receiving any food. 0/10 should not advertise itself as a restaurant when its really just a waiting room with poor atmosphere.

Server started out good but then I was done for 15 minutes before another server got the the hint and brought my check, $35 not well spent. The Thai tea was so sweet It was not edible, I got the pho with flank steak and sirloin it was OK also got the yellow noodle clear broth chicken soup which had a fish taste. I felt really underwhelmed and I like to try new things. Overall I would not recommend, you can make yourself Ramen that taste better at home

Ive only ever gotten take out so I cant speak to the service. But as to quality and quantity of food, I cant sing high enough praise. Generally I get the Pho Rau Cai Chay. It is a light and refreshing tofu/vegetable based soup. Tofu was a little over done but not to the point of making it unpleasant. The flavors meld exceedingly well and the difference in textures between noodles and the various veggies is delightful. Keep up the tasty work Pho Mai!

Food is tasty, maybe not as good as Sushi House which is nearby but its definitely more than edible. The Pho is the highlight dish(es) and has a pretty authentic taste. They also serve some traditional Vietnamese drinks and coffee that are enjoyable. The service is often a bit slow, the time Ive been there it seems as if one employee is waiting the entire restaurant and the other is bussing.

Ever since I moved back to the Midwest from Baltimore it has been hard finding a good Pho place. This is the best experience I have had as of yet. The food is so good and the is the real deal! Great staff, cute restaurant, and great with take out! Absolutely going to become a regular here!

I got the #29, and it was one of the best bowls of soup Ive had. The broth was really clean and delicious, the wontons were flavorful and well sized, and I loved getting wontons and noodles in the same bowl. The Vietnamese iced coffee I took to go after lunch was also delicious!

Amazing! Best place to get bubble tea and the staff are all so nice and sociable. I swear their potstickers are one of the top 5 things Ive ever ate and a typical meal here is around if not less than one from a fast food restaurant!

Come prepared to wait awhile for your food. They only have one waiter for the whole restaurant! He did fantastic though, the guy should really get a raise! Food is amazing and we will definitely be back!

You have to keep an open mind when you go here. This is not like everywhere else. The pho is the best Ive ever had and the servers are almost always friendly. Give it a chance and you may just love it!

I had shrimp dumplings, they were fantastic, little small but delicious! I cant pronounce what my daughter had but it was fantastic also #35. Definitely will be going back to try more new flavors
