Went to this KFC and the SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. 1.I was told they were cooking the chicken and it would take only 5 minutes, I was watching their clock and it took ocer 20 minutes. 2.There were 2 people in front of me ( who had been wating long ) and 2 behind. 3.They removed all the Sides and set them on the counter and allowed them to cool or heat up ( depending on Cole Slaw or Potatoes ) for the full 20 minutes. 4.I watched the guy cooking the chicken and he dropped one of the pieces on the floor and laughed and joked about it. 5. I watched another employee prepare to move a pan of chicken from the Cookers to the rack in the front, he couldnt find towels to carry the rack with so he took one OFF OF THE FLOOR to carry the rack with. 6.Employee that finalized the order had the Sorry it took so long speech memorized. Like he really didnt care at all - everyone got exactly the same I really dont care Sorry Speech 7.When we complained the girl taking money got the Deer in the headlights look and the guy with the Sorry speech said " have a nice night nite Lady " with an arrogant attitude and tone that was worthy of being fired.

Giving up on this KFC..beside the slow service and general uncleanness of this store...the Chicken has been dry as hell. This has been the same story the last three times we went. Twice through drive through and once as dine in. I sent the bucket of chicken back because it was so bad. The replacement wasnt better. I should of asked for a refund. The last time was drive through...beside the chicken being dry...they totally forgot the sides...no potatoes or Mac salad sent. Im done...no more of my money will head to KFC!!

Horrible experience managers very unprofessional ordered a three piece meal when recieved order biscuit was burnt meat was tiny and old looking wedges were cold when I informed management about my issues the manager Brandon response was oh this is all I have up. Didnt offer to fix problem other than swap out biscuit puts tray on counter and walks away. Very unprofessional he also gave me the wrong number when I asked for the stores supervisor number.

Will never order from here again. Went through the drive-through at lunch got the five dollar chicken tenders box. When I received my meal the mashed potatoes were spilled all over the inside of the box,I was not given a spoon and my drink tastes of something like out of a toilet even though it was supposed to be diet Pepsi. The cup was also sticky on the outside and the lid look like it had been used before.

The place was veryclean n the cashier also very nice. The soda machine n everything around it clean n spotless. The bathroom ( OMG ) that impressed me very clean too .. And the food was out of this world....

I mean sometimes its okay bit i was just here and had a disguuusting piece if chicken. The skin wasnt even attached and it was slathered in grease. I took one bite and now i feel like im gonna throw up.

6/21/14. Ordered a number 5. Asked for crispy and got soggy. Biscuit was stale. Long drive thru wait time. No spoon in bag for mashed potatoes. Never been so dissatisfied. This is quite ridiculous
