Restaurant #5733, Conway, Arkansas. Drive thru didnt get the meal correct. Traveled 30 miles home only to find part of the order missing. Ruined the dinner mood!! How hard is it for the store manager to verify and complete an order? I called the store to address the missing part of the meal, and store manager said she would put my name on the list to pick up my missing item at my convenience. Due to the lack of concern for my familys inconvenience and the uncaring attitude from the store manager, I said dont bother I would not be a future customer. Very disappointed in the service and management effort to satisfy a long-standing customer. Chris Order #301654 4/21/13

This is the most unprofessional and unpleasant Popeyes Ive ever been to. It began with a man taking my order and he couldnt get it right because he kept cutting me off. Then a girl got on the speaker and was even more rude. I get to the window and the lady tells me shes not who took the order, I asked for the name of the woman who did and she wouldnt give it to me to make a complaint. The lady "Angie" and the window refused to give me my condiments, argued with me about it, and proceeded to slam the window in my face.

Person taking ur order is extremely rude and rushes you to place your order. I would recommend firing her before someone loses their cool. She told us we would have to pay extra for sauce. Since when did someone have to pay extra for dipping sauce. Manager didnt seem to care much. She told us since we didnt get the drinks we ordered that we could just pull around and order them again. Umm no thanks.

Some of the most incompetent management Ive ever seen. Numerous items out of stock. Waited over 20 minutes for my order and it was not for anything to cook. Part of the reason I had to wait so long was because someone doesnt know how to count and 3 seprate customers came up to the register within minutes of each other complaining about parts of their orders that were missing.

I have never had a problem eating here and people usually only post the bad so leaving them a well deserved review. It is always fresh. MY orders have always been right never have had to wait to long and we are a family of 6. I made the mistake of trying a different chicken restaurant and lets just say it will not happen again.I do Love my chicken from Popeyes :)

Clean, great customer service, simple well put together. Great menu. Food prepared correctly. Delicious. Very clean. Especially restrooms. Friendly encouraging employees. Best fast food experince personally in a few months. Good ole southern cajun hospitality! Lousiana fast! Highly recommended!

Personally I prefer the Popeyes on oak Street. But quite frankly they have the same exact food at all locations. Cheap food with a good flavor thats served fast.
