I normally dont complain on businesses but the Popeyes on East Broadway in NLR needs to get their act together. I waited in line in the drive thru for 10 minutes and was told after I placed my order that the card machine in the drive thru was down and I would have to go inside and place my order. After 5 minutes in line on the inside and still not able to place my order yet, someone that came after me in the drive thru and the drive thru worker came and got her card from her and rang her up on the front register and she got her food a minute later and left while myself and the others who were before her in the drive thru had yet to reorder our food on the inside. Just to let you know her time is NOT more important than mine.

Actually this place deserves no stars. However I had to give one star to post a review. I visited this stores drive-tru and the service was horrible and my order was wrong didnt find out until I had reached my home. Tried calling the store calls go to an answering machine. So I didnt get to talk to anyone. This is a ghetto store and the worst one in the whole state. I can also assure this store will receive lowest rating possible on the survey and I will notify the corporate office after the holiday.

Went thru the drive-thru, we were greeted w/ " Do you know what you want " it went downhill from there. We asked for our drinks, was told we didnt order. We showed receipt to prove we paid for them. We were called a derogatory name under her breath. Asked for cocktail sauce, napkins and forks. We were refused. After insisting twice and being stared at rudely, we had napkins thrown at us!! Worst experience ever! And we love popeyes, but this location NEVER EVER AGAIN!!

DO NOT VISIT THIS POPEYES! The workers here are GHETTO AND RUDE. I ordered a few items off the menu and when I pulled around to pay, the nappy head girl in the window had a attitude. She tried to steal my debit card & had the audacity to say she thought she gave it back! When she gave me my food I had to knock on the window twice for missing items that I paid for! The nerve of these scum bags! It doesnt seem like any of these people even made it past elementary!

While I believe Popeyes Chicken is the best fried chicken for fast food chains, it is just that fast food. There are other better options in Little Rock for great Fried Chicken! In the past this place has been a little slow and has gotten my order wrong a couple of times.
