Since this is the only Dairy Queen in town and I try to avoid it, I dont get to eat at a Dairy Queen often. The service sucks so much that I avoid going here most of the time. There were plenty of times when I went here only to have my food taste dried out, old, or both. I even had a couple occasions where this place was extra rude to my mom when I went there with her. On top of this, the place looks kind of run down. With poor service, sucky food, and a building that looks like it needs a renovation, what is the point of coming here? I have been to better Dairy Queens than this one.

Very poor service, here is why.....we did not get all of our order, when I went back in they said they didnt know whose hot fudge sundae it was and had thrown it away, so I had to wait while they made another. When I got home I found out they had made the wrong flavor of the 2 blizzards we ordered...we went there to eat our food there, but one of our party was in a wheelchair and we had to leave as he could not use the small bathroom. We will not be back.

We order 5-6 icecream cakes from this location every year. Mostly we order the strawberry cheesecake, large and small size and have not had an issue till yesterday. The cake is suppose to have a layer of cheese cake squares inside the cake in addition to some sprinkled on the top. Yesterdays cake there was not a single cheese cake square inside the cake, none! Since this was my Birthday cake I was extremely disappointed.

Not happy.. Poor service teen workers very verbally rude. Did not give reciept after order was made. Workers not wearing proper head coverage around food preparation areas, and No gloved hands. Was not going to give me my ice cream order after I paid for it. Really need to have the Warsaw / Winona Lake DQ investigated for quality and sanitation values.

I know Im going to be disappointed every time I visit this place. The chick with long blonde hair always seems to short change the ice cream. I agree with another reviewer, if there were another DQ with decent employees this one would go out of biz. Wont be coming back, Ill wait until Im in Fort Wayne.

If you are looking for consistency, this is not the place to go. However, if you have some time to kill and you dont mind that you and a friend order the same thing but they are different -- This is the place for you. Good spot to get some ice cream and go for a walk down to Winona.

Easily one of the slowest "fast-food" restaurants in Warsaw/Winona. Drive through is ALWAYS slow and often condiments, salad dressing, sauce when asked for is wrong or missing. If another opened in area and ran it halfway competently, this one would go out of business.

Waited in line for 20 minutes and then got our drinks (frozen hot chocolate) and they spilled all over my fiance and I when we started to drive away because they were both cracked. Also our drinks werent drinks at all they were ice cream still. Very disappointed.

I always have a great experience when I go here. I love the new renovations and the fact that they are building a patio so people can eat outside. Most of the staff is great not including a few but overall a great place to go.

WORST DQ we have ever been to!!! Hot summer day and the state tourney in town and no way in heck was they prepared. It took us a HALF HOUR and still waiting for 2 SMOOTHIES!!!

I have only had ice cream from this DQ, and it is okay. Ive had blizzards from other DQs that are much better. If you want some really good ice cream go to Kelaneys in Winona Lake.
