My family had dinner here a few nights ago. Not only did we wait in the drive-through for about ten minutes, we had to wait at the window for 20 or more minutes, with our desserts melting away while we waited on our food. Within half an hour of eating my chicken bacon ranch sandwich I began having extreme nausea followed by severe abdominal cramps. Shortly thereafter I experienced diarrhea and vomiting. I continued to have cramping and nausea thought the night. I enjoy chicken sandwiches quite often, but I will never eat chicken from a dairy queen again. I plan on complaining to the restaurant when I have time to go up there, and will update with the results.

I will NEVER give this Dairy Queen the privilege of my presence. I entered this Dairy Queen at 545pm today and the cashier (young black girl with braids) completely ignored my presence even after the cook told her that she had a customer waiting. This is the worse display of customer engagement/service ever and incredibly disrespectful. She never even looked my way as I patiently waited. Eventually I left and took my business to Culvers where the customer service was 5 star. This young lady fits every stereotype in the book and unfortunately it reflects negatively on the business.

Worst Dairy Queen experience ever. I waited 45 minutes to get two sundaes and one small smoothie. They gave me the smoothie right when I got to the window. However the girl who took my order left before giving me my two sundaes. I was sitting there for 5 minutes staring down the manager until he finally asked me if I was waiting for something. Like no I just enjoy drinking my smoothie and staring at your staff. I understand having a rush but that was just awful customer service.

What a RIPOFF!!! I wanted a Large Vanilla cone and got a very air fluffed small amount of ice cream in a large cone. I questioned the server and she said they had gotten chewed out for serving the proper size amount, and was told to "shorten the amount! sorry". I had also bought two additional orders, and they were worse!! The taste of the ice cream was very odd. I use to go there often, but not again with that attitude!

Had to ask the lady behind the register if she was ready to take our order, she mumbled a response. I had to ask her 3 times to repeat herself - her response was, "We got no ice cream and we cash only right now". DQ without ice cream is like having a boat that doesnt float. Go to the Fortville DQ...

I ordered two burgers and a chicken sandwich. One burger was plain yet was received with everything. One burger was no mayo and yet was received with mayo. The chicken was no pickle but had pickles on it. All the ice cream was pretty much liquid. The worst service I have received in a very long time.

Received wrong sandwich which I understand mistakes happen.. returned sandwich just to get the same one back with different ingredients after the cashier had his hands all in it! Took manager 15 minutes just to refund my money..30 minutes later Im still hungry and mad!

Drive-thru line was insanely slow. Item I ordered was extremely watered down. 35 minute wait in the drive thru and I was unable to get out of line because theres no place to turn around.

Lord oh lord this was amazing. Very good hot food and cold where needed such as the ice cream. I recommend the triple chocolate brownie. It was to die for!
