The establishment was extremely dirty, there was 5 people working and only 1 customer in the dining room besides my boyfriend & me. The floors appeared not to have been thoroughly mopped in a couple of days. It was after 4pm so well after the lunch rush and I could see the drive thru traffic from where I was sitting and I counted about 7 cars while sitting. No excuse for the sloppy look. First impressions are lasting impressions. The food was only okay. The self serve drink area was a mess, condiments needed replenishing in the worst way. Im a member of management for a major corporation & would be horrified to walk in to one of my markets to find it looking the way this place looked. Only two people were working, the other three were just casually conversing, on the cell phone & just standing around. And our order wasnt accurate.

Went threw the drive thru couldnt understand the person taking orders, sat a good while waiting to pay, got my food left thought I had ordered chicken sandwiches but got double cheese burgers, wouldnt have minded if the food was fresh and hot which it wasnt, the bun was soggy and had an awful texture.. not sure if they were just busy or what but probably not going to go back.

Ordered double cheeseburgers. It was about 10:45 PM. Buns were not cooked on the grill. I pulled over in the parking lot to eat and the the order was not warm. The buns seemed day old and were not warm and soft. It had been awhile since I had eaten White Castle - not in in hurry to go back.

Had one of their breakfast sandwiches for the first time. Egg sausage & these on wheat bread. So Good!! Will be skipping the clown and heading to White Castle for my morning fix from now on. Fast & friendly to boot. Win Win!!

Went 13 miles out of our way, and they closed 30 minutes early so we didnt get to order. Their were employees just standing around in the lobby, dont waste your time going out of your way going here.

Great service and good food. Has electricity but wifi is xfinity only. The service, cleanliness, and great staff make this a great white castle.

Sat in drive thru line for 10 minutes and never got to order. I finally gave up and went to Steak and Shake next door. Terrible service.
