Horrible. Super slow, rude employees, gutless manager too afraid or unqualified to motivate or properly train employees. Last visit waited over 15 minutes for a hamburger & a shake. Dirty tables, trash cans needed empty. The other 2 locations in Anderson and the one in Chesterfield are great! This location needs new managment from top to bottom.

Horrible customer service. The food was not fit to be served. Worst DQ experience in my life. The management did not seem to understand how to do his job either! The table was dirty. The food took so long to receive. The chicken strips cold. The gravy hard and crusty on top. Got our money back and left! We will never be back!

Over priced for what you get! Ordered a malt came to me like water, said this wasnt a malt its not thick they said u have to order it think! Loved the one on 53rd street wished it didnt get shut down!! Will never go to this D.Q again I will make our own

Always out of something. .slow service. ..but in their defense, it is the only Dairy Queen in town..so its steady nonstop busy for hours at a time..since they are the one and only someone should make sure that their inventory is stocked alot better

Customer service was friendly and employees handled the strain of a mad rush quite well. It did take a while for the food to come, but it was enjoyable once it came and the girls up front making the ice cream were especially apologetic.

Ordered several different things and several different times within our 6 person party. Well staffed and restaurant was not busy at all, but they forgot our orders a couple times and also took a long time to prepare.

Service staff is lacking to say the least. Long waits for simple orders even is not busy. Complained to management but they dont seem to care. Im only giving 2 stars because the food is always "ok".
