The only thing good about my first and likely last visit to White Castle was three or four teenage female employees who were working hard, cooking and tending front counter and drive through. One young man in the kitchen was lumbering around doing little and another out front cleaning tables at a snails pace while the 16-17 yr old girls were in overdrive. The problem was likely none of their fault however, because someone made a decision to leave a child in charge of children. NO ADULT SUPERVISOR OR MANAGEMENT IN SIGHT. And no...a 20 yr kid IS NOT adult supervision. Place was nasty... tables, floor, counters...bathroom was downright scary with filth. As a long time restaurant manager, of clean, well maintained, successful restaurants, who has hired and trained many fine young people, I saw potential to be great in most of the staff.... but where is adult required to keep young kids from taking advantage of other employees, meandering around, losing the care it takes to keep a restaurant clean?... if all White Castle restaurants are this poorly managed and operated... no thanks, Ill go elsewhere where the conscientious kids have the proper, mature, adult management they deserve.

Stopped here at 11 am and they were very backed up b/c employees did not show up. We left and ran an errand and returned. So we gave them two chances. On our second visit, they were just plain rude. We waited and waited. The only ones in line. No one even acknowledged us. At that time there were 6 workers. They walked right past us and talked over us and never spoke or said "be with you in a minute ". We left again, but my husband was so annoyed that he turned around and went back in to complain. The manager was there and even he offered no apologies or even any acknowledgement. I would avoid them forever.

As far as White Castles go, this is a great one. If youve never heard of a White Castle, they are famous for small square hamburgers that are cooked with onions. Their products are known for being economical and for being generally quite tasty. Heaven knows you cant beat White Castles and beer!

Food OK. Had to ask for ketchup and was told it was by the pop machine, wouldnt ask if it was there!! Buns where kinda hard. Doesnt compare to Columbus on quality.

We where the only customers and every table in the store needed to be wiped down. It looked like they used a very dirty cloth to wipe tables.
