AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I love Waffle House but I HATE this place. I pray that it gets burned to the ground quicker than a cross at a klan rally. The staff all look like the inbred children of the controversial MTV reality show Buckwild. I seriously believe that at least half of the staff are buying and using what Walter White is selling. (Meth) It takes them forever and I was disrespectfully yelled at for asking how much longer on my food. After suffering through 45 minutes of waiting for food and begging for refills they then had the nerve to present me with crap that resembled waffles, eggs and bacon but tasted like soggy play dough. If you want Waffle House that bad Id recommend just getting on I-69 and driving to Anderson, at least there the customers are the white trash, not the staff.

PROS: Went here for dinner on the way home a few weeks ago from work and I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food and prices were. I found the staff to be friendly and courteous checking up on me time and time again. The food came out quickly and tasted good. The site was clean and very comfortable. Too bad I had not eaten here before now, but I am planning on making this a more regular place to visit from now on. CONS: none UPDATE - 2017 - Took my family to eat here and again the food was good and consistent. My kids really enjoyed watching the cook make the food from the diner style seating area. Another great experience and glad to see this place is still going strong.

Pretty cool place to work. Staff had completely changed and food quality and speed are our two biggest qualities. Along with cleanliness. If you are wanting a cheesesteaks melt or waffle and eggs, we have it all of the time! We get compliments all of the time! Come in and see us! We want to be your waffle House you guys!

My boys and I love this place. The service is always fast and pretty friendly. The prices are good, and the food is great. Ive never witnessed their employees being mistreated or any animosity behind the counter. I think its a great value, too. I just wish we lived closer so we could come every weekend!

Waffle House is a diner so dont expect 4 star service. These ladies are always busy but they are friendly (so long as youre friendly too). The value for the food is great, too! For a diner this is top notch. For a family breakfast establishment, try IHOP in Fishers or Another Broken Egg in Indy

This particular Waffle House at the Lapel Fortville Indiana Exit off I-69 has served the best food Ive eaten compared to the other Waffle Houses. Their excellent food and service has remained consistent over the last 7 years I have visited.

I really like the good at waffle house. It is very filling; especially nice after a hard day of work. On my last visit, they had a problem with the grill, but they made up for the extra wait. I thought they were very nice about it.

I realize this location has had its staffing problems but i assure you that in the last 6 months they have gotten rid of the druggies and white trash ....you get good food fast and friendly just like thier slogan says

Horrible people!!! The waiter was more worried about her boyfrjend than serving the customers. Cook and waiters will curse around you so get ready for that food was ok. Atmosphere made it horrible
