My grandmother and I got in the drive thru bout 5 after 11 last night. By the time we were out of the drive it was after 11;30! Had about a 30 min wait, the lady didnt apologize. She tried to give us the wrong bag, and then the food we were given, our whopper meals, were cold!! After waiting that long! Have been trying to call back and complain but they will not answer the phone!! So I called corporate! Also a month or so ago probably two months ago ordered the #4 meal bacon whopper.. there was no bacon on it!!! Paid for something that was not there! They are slow, and not that friendly, mess up more than once and dont answe their phone!!!

The people waiting were extremely pleasant. They were making a new batch of satisfries so it took a few minutes to get my order. I dont know what you cook those things in but the taste was a whole new level of nasty. I ended up throwing them in the trash. The double cheeseburger was fine. I know you are trying folks, but you need to change what you cook those things in. Gary

My husband and I went here for breakfast a few Sundays ago. It took 25 minutes to get our food. They gave our order to someone else. My husband is diabetic and by the time we could eat he was shaking. He had to fight with them to get our order- and itstill wasnt right when we got it! Then they generously offer us a free desert. We will not go back!

Its burger king.... They now ask for your name like a Starbucks Barista. You can church it up all day, but its still burger king. Just the same as a "Barista" is a fancy name for a clerk selling crappy coffee. Burger King does have better coffee than Starbucks, so 4 stars

The service was good. They let us come in the lobby even though it was closing for cleaning for a few hours. So that was good because I have 6 children with me and that would have been a mess in the car. I gave 3 stars because ultamitly the food was not fresh.

It was pretty good. I do like McDonalds coffee better, and Wendys fries are better, and White Castle Burgers cant be beat. Other than that I had an OK experience here. One thing I will say, Burger Kings napkins are the bomb!

Food was hot fresh and fast. Only issue was my boy wanted his whopper Jr. Plain with cheese. And they made it plain no cheese. It was the counter girls error. Not the grill rooms error

Their food is good, the store need cleaning, but it was redone not to long ago and that was a big improvement. But also their staff is okay, but not great.
