this is by far the most disgusting place I have ever been in for a meal. The womens bathroom is a pigsty with the toilet seats falling off for nearly the past year despite many many complaints to the staff. oh yes and the staff, some of the rudest young "ladies" I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Granted not all of them are idiots but the majority have the market cornered on bitchiness. Last but not least, the air conditioning. It would be great if it were 90 degrees out but when its 40 outside as well as 40 inside b/c the idiots run the air despite every customer complaining of freezing only to be answered with "sorry its a on a timer nothing we can do" its time to pack it in and go down the road to Hooters

I dont really like Buffalo wild wings anymore. I used to love the place because there were no other wings places in the area. But now is 2016 and there are places poping up all over the place and Buffalo wild wings has competition, and quite frankly the competiton is winning. Buffalo wild wings wings are small and are more breading then wing compared to the competition. The wings are also overpriced for what you get. But i will say there sauces and atmosphere are good thats why i did not give it a one star. The servers are nice i have never had a bad service in all of my time of going there. Its just the competition is getting better and Buffalo wild wings is still the same.

The place was freezing cold. Went on May 28th and our waiter was ok but he kept forgetting to bring things we asked for and he even brought the food out without any utensils. He shift had ended when we were still eating so we waited for our check with the girl he swithed with for a while. Mind u it was freezing in there and we had 3 kids with us. We sat our money out for the bill and she never came for it. So we decided to go to the desk to pay and no one was there. We had to search for someone to help us. Service was so horrible I will never return and urge they get new management and better waitresses / waiters.! They deserve negative stars actually!

POOR SERVICE!!! DIRTY!!! DIRTY!!! DIRTY!!! THE FOOD IS SERVED COLD!!! There was garbage all over the floor. The drinks are definitely watered down. Ordered a mango margarita, got mango JUICE. Extremely cold, the prick manager refused to raise the thermostat. Claimed there was nothing they could do. Talk about cheap penny pinchers. This place is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. Trust me, the reviews are real. Go to Hooters.

Just tried the recently remodeled BWW in schererville, did not like the new look place was cold. I got my usual nachos they were on the cold side and were not good. Kids got the small boneless wings at 12 dollars frys not included so total for just that about 16 dollars and now add the 3 dollar drink. Never any drink specials, you can have this place last time i go there.

The place is disgustingly dirty. Napkins and food all over the place. The tables are sticky. He waitress we had was rude. She spilled our drinks on the table didnt bother to clean it up. The food is cold. She didnt bother to check up on us. The drinks are watered down. This is the nastiest place eve!!! Dont waste your time go to hooters!!!!

Terrible service. Sat at the bar 5 minutes before being acknowledge by bartender who walked by me 3 times. Then elected to sit a table, server just lay down the menu in front of me and walked off. Those who work here and just collecting a paycheck, as a customer I was intruding on their ability to sit around. Stay away from this place.

This is the first BWW where I was not greeted and the cashier waited for me to acknowledge her. Very poor service. I worked at BWW in Lombard as a cashier and I would never have treated a customer like that. Of course I didnt tip and I let the cashier know why but it didnt seem to phase her. GET IT TOGETHER SCHERERVILLE, INDIANA!!

Took 10 minutes to sit us and the dining room was only 1/3rd full. Sat another 10 minutes before server came by. Got 4 things on the order wrong. The food was cold. The manager ran off rather than come talk to us about it. And 6 of the TVs have the blank Sunday ticket screen rather than a game on.

This rating is due to what I would consider a slow decline in quality. Used to go to Buffalo wild wings all the time, now I am done going here. Last few times I have been the wings have been overcooked and took forever to come out. Sorry Bdubs but you just arent the same you used to be.

Every time I order here am told 15 to 20 minute for pick up. Everytime I go to pick up it is a total of 40 to 45 minutes and even at that they spend another 5 getting everything they forgot. And other employees standing doing nothing with one person trying to help everyone #bww

So tonight I ordered food online and I thought that if u pay online u dont have to bring in any card u used at all. So I ask for my order and they say sorry it was declined and we will need the card to swipe it I live 20 min away Im not driving back that just pissed me off.

Good food. Good service. But very expensive compared to other options. Always forget how awful you feel about your meal when the check comes. Good takeout option though, on occassion. They always get the order right; especially with large catering orders.

Really good place. The tablets for the kids is a really nice touch! Id have to say the wings are a 8 out of 10, everything else is OK. For the price food could be better. However it is really clean all the time, everyone is polite, TVS are awesome.

Arrived about 2:30on. Had to wait for them to clean a table. Table was overly wet and still had food on it when we were sat. Drinks were slow to table and still no silverware. Not expecting anything great from this point forward.

Terrible customer service, and cold food (the chicken didnt even taste all the way cooked. Also, refused to comp meal so I basically had to pay for cold food. I wont be returning to this establishment. Im a very upset customer.

Picked up food for dinner. It took a while to get things right, but the food was good and the manager tried hard to make sure that my experience was good even though I had to wait because my order wasnt right.

The place was packed but my family and I were still served in a timely manner. My brothers order came back crispy vs grilled with the buffalo ranch chicken burger, but other than that a great BDUBS.

This place hasnt been the same since they remodeled. We visited this restaurant weekly until then. It was a good place to eat back when they served food on plates. Pretty noisy.
