Will not return. The manager found it appropriate to yell at my girlfriend across the restaurant and completely humiliate her. He also decided to tell her what NOT to say when she orders a sandwich. Does this sound like customer service at all? She ordered the pizza sub and said NO MEAT because shes a vegetarian. Mind you, it was her first time in here. We got the sandwich and low and behold there was meat on it. Good thing we checked. He yelled at her, "Dont order the pizza sub than because youll get meat on it everytime." She left crying. Ive never experienced such unprofessional behavior. I feel so bad for your employees. Shame on you, sir. A PAYING customer should be allowed to order whatever they want. No meat, no cheese. Whatever. Its not up to you if IM paying for it.

I have always liked this place, but this dat was different. Lets start off with the lemonade it was very tart, I told the cashier about it and she told me it was early and the sugar hadnt processed through the lemonade yet, then she said theres packages of sugar over at the counter "REALLY" if you know this place you know their lemonade is not cheap. I ordered the Philly cheese with no mushrooms and grilled onions. I had more grilled onions then steak. The bread was nice and soft.

I gave this restaurant a shot when they opened and I have not been disappointed ever with my numerous visits back there. The staff is friendly, the ingredients are fresh and delicious, what more can you ask for? I have never been a big "sub" sandwich eater and now I know why. It was due to the lack of a superb sandwich shop in the area, but now that is not a probelm with Penn Station being here. Keep up the excellent work!

They have the most wonderful staff in the world! The owner is there every time I come in as well. He seems to keep it light and friendly which seems to rub off on the employees. That alone is a reason I continue to come back. The food being fresh and delicious is just an added plus. If you are a regular customer, I would recommend downloading the app and enjoying the rewards.

This place has never disappointed me. The food is always fresh and delicious! Im stuck on getting the sausage sub with pizza sauce and grilled onions and green peppers. Serve on an item faced toasted sub bun, it has a unique flavor profile that I just love!

One of my favorite place for great subs. The prices are a little bit expensive but they always have discount days. Subs are hot and the hand cut fries are amazing. I could eat here several times a week and not get tired of there food. Great spot

The food is great as well as the service. Its good food for the price and the owner is on site most of the time. If you want a good warm treat a cookie ran through the toaster oven is great.
