This place stinks after boycotting for over 6 months we decided to try again because of the book at Club.. place my order online and drove to pick it up explain to the cashier why we hadnt been in here and such a long time and she said well this is an all-new crowd. So as I proceeded to pay for my order which was for two large pizzas breadsticks a two liter and three personal pans. She gave me the pizzas and told me to have a nice night I said well I would like to buy some dipping sauce for my breadsticks she goes oh you ordered breadsticks I said yeah they came with the meal and the two liter she comes back with my breadsticks I said does the breadsticks come with sauce she says let me get that she comes back with my extra sauce and I said what about the two liter she does oh I forgot that too so as I gathered my items together I said this is why we didnt come back for over 6 months have a good night

If I could not give any stars I would give 0 stars to this restaurant and their customer service! The other night I ordered pizza and the delivery driver got stuck in my yard, which of course was not on purpose. But he left my yard completely tore up and also a huge mess of things that he tried to put under his car to get his car out. And I called the management to explain the situation and that was of little to no help since " hes out of town" all I requested is for him to come and fix the damage that he did to my property. But evidently that was not an importance to him or to this establishment.

The food was really great! I mean I am really happy eating here but it is just waaaaay too expensive! I had a medium mushroom and o in. Thin crust with fries and it coat me $20 just for me and I was still hungry. I could have had a jumbo shrimp diner at Bobs and had ten dollars left. I need to resist the future temptation and make my own pizzas moving forward.

Terrible service!! Food was fine, but our server, Presley, never checked on us. We watched her go to the only other table there, but never to us. She didnt refill our drinks, or ask us how our food was. When we were ordering she kept asking us, rudely, if that was all. And when my sister ordered, she rolled her eyes at her. Never again!

This was a photo of the ground the entire time I was there. Like I would understand it if you were getting slammed with costumers but they were not ,still no one bothered to clean up the mess . The food was good,and so was the server. But for me the environment is everything so thats why I give it a 2

Ive been going to this Pizza Hut since 2006. I will say Ive had only 1 problem and that was resolved quickly. I have not had a problem with the food. Its always ready at the time its suppose to be, and the pizza is fresh when I receive it. Good job Pizza Hut of Portage IN.

This pizza hut is always great. The food is always great, the tables I get are clean, I havent gotten a drink where the CO2 tastes like it needs to be replaced, the staff are nice and friendly (and CLEAN).

Better review later for now waitress need training in customer involvement (interactions). Charging for marinara for bread sticks and blue cheese for wings order seems ridiculous.
