Ordered on line to speed the process. Once I got home, I realized I left my Debit card on the counter at the restaurant. So, I called the store, speaking to the (Manager), that handled the transaction. He sounded puzzled when we spoke. My spouse within that time went back getting no results as well. I offered to leave my name and number. I knew he was going to call me back, because I know that was the only and last place I was with my card. I decided to transfer my money to my Savings account then CANCELED my card. Two days later (on a Monday), the Bank calls me; stating Pizza Hut called the Bank to report my card found. I then call Corporate with my feed back from that end. My spouse then picks up an order two weeks later for our neighbor. The same Manager, claiming not to have seen my card. Then refreshes my husband memory, like he knew my husband (very inappropriate). So He asks, Wheres the card? The manger states he just had it, from Two weeks ago. This location is the only nearest Pizza place from our home. I ordered again. Two months later. Using a different name. Thinking my husband was going to use Cash. Well, he didnt. Two days later he receives a Text message, from his Bank. Stating he purchased a Game Station at 2:30 a.m..The manger at this location WILL have charges against him before the day is over with.

Call the number for pick up and talk with someone who can barely speak English. Try to order breadsticks with my meal. He tells me they are out, but gives me other options to order. He asks what kind of crust for my pizza. I said the thick, flaky one (obviously dont order enough to know the style of crust). I pick up my order and the mozzarella sticks are cold and soggy and the pizza is thin crust. At least they got the topping right? So sad that I wont be ordering from there anymore.

They have most topping you would typically ask for. Cheap. Tasty enough. I have two gripes: the dough isnt made fresh, but with the volume they put out its understandable. Second gripe is much worse and is why my rating is so low. Online ordering is hit or miss. The quick order app is always down, and ordering from the Web is almost a chore. I get that these things are a convenience, but if you make it available it really should work.

Ordering from the website, the order is always correct, and always ready when I arrive for pickup 15 minutes later. I have placed some more complicated orders, and it has always been correct. Great values using specials through the website, also. Really enjoy the variety of selections (crusts, toppings, extras), option to add wings, speed, and value.

Terrible be aware of the employees they will steal your identification and use your credit card information. They also are very rude and the food is cold once it reaches you. Do not go avoid at all costs.... if I could not mark any stars I would have 0 stars.. Very dishonest people.

These people just cant seem to get anything right.. Is it really that hard of a job that you cant get toppings correct? OR when asked for well done, why always undercook the pizza? Almost like its done on purpose. Who knows.. Awful service.
