Rude manager, an he even tried to make me feel like it was my fault the order was taken incorrectly. Two orders was wrong, and he replaced one an not the other. He told me his crew member made the order correct, an I asked how if my orders wrong. He sat on the phone a few times in silence an was sarcastic. He sounded like he could care less, wasnt friendly an said he wouldnt fix my other order because he doesnt have time. Which is crazy cause I called around 7, a lot of time left before closing. I use to like pizza hut, but every time I order almost its been something wrong. He offered to give me a 2 dollar discount for a topping that he said I should of paid 3 dollars on, but the crew member didnt charge me. But I didnt want it, I wont ever eat pizza Hut again. An I think he took a long time on purpose, because I received one fixed order cold. One bad seed can ruin a whole crop, or he needs to find another job if hes that unhappy being a manger.

My dad gave me 2 coupons for a free personal pizza he received from a bad experience at the other Pizza Hut in town. I gave a coupon to one of my employees and we went there for lunch the other day. About 7 minutes after ordering the manager came up to me and asked if I knew someone who works at Pizza Hut. I told him I dont know anyone who works at a Pizza Hut. He then informed me I had to of received these coupons from an employee trying to get over on them. He then told me to never bring these coupons to his store ever again. I was simply using the coupons given to me by my father and where or who I got them from should never have been a factor. After much argument of the legitimacy of the coupons, I got our Pizzas and the manager still didnt believe me. From one bad experience to the next. I would avoid Pizza Hut in Fort Walton Beach if you can!

Seriously let me tell you about this horrible experience. First and foremost if you call the number listed it will connect you to some incompetent idiot at a call center who is too stupid to look up an order another way so not only will you order twice but your card will be charged twice. Dont worry though when you call the number again youll get another person who needs a different job to tell you "having the restaurant answer the phone is inconvenient to the agent" oh and of course I have to wait 3 to 5 days for my money to be refunded. all of this could have been avoided if I could have spoke to the restaurant! All I wanted was to add on paper plates

Zero stars if possible. Ordered carryout then went to pick it up 20 mins later and up on the screen I saw my name and that the order was ready. (Well it wasnt) The cashier who took my money was clueless and I ended up waiting 45mins total before I told them to refund my money. No one there not even the manager seemed to care. They didnt even offer any apology or explanation. Just... heres your money back. Wow. Please do the town a favor and shut it down because none of them from the cashier to the drivers to the manager can even crack a smile or seem to want to even be there for that matter. Avoid this place if possible.

Today was my first time ordering from Pizza Hut. Usually I go with Hungry Howies or Papa Johns, but I felt like ordering a pizza with cheese inside the crust. I ordered it online and my pizza was not exactly what I ordered. On top of that, it was 30 minutes late. I called and spoke to the manager and he totally brushed me off. He said that their website is their national site and he has no control over how they receive orders. I told him that I will not be ordering from them again and all he said "okay." Nowadays, business make customer service a top priority but Pizza Hut does not practice that. Never again!!!

Waited 2 hours for my pizza and they were rude as can be very unprofessional last time I ate there the pizza wasnt even cooked in the middle I wouldnt have ordered it the second time but its going pizza place my wife likes but after tonight shell never order from that place again as disappointed as she was too wait 2 hours and get no pizza they said it would be there in 30 minutes by the way to it was 9 oclock at night it couldnt have been too busy order from the one on 98 if youre going to get Pizza Hut the Racetrack Road Pizza Hut is garbage!!!

Sweet, kind, amazing people work at Pizza Hut!. I enjoy my experiences with them greatly. Food is outstanding! Customer service has always been outstanding for me. They go out of their way to make sure our childs pizza is exactly how requested since our child is so picky about food! Cant say enough good things about them. Thanks for doing such a great job Pizza Hut!

My kids and I waited for over an hour for our Pizza to be delivered and when it finally arrived 20 minutes past the time we were quoted, it was cold and hard. My order was also messes up. I dont understand how you mess up a cheese Pizza but somehow they managed to. I dont recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone. I think I will stick to Hungry Howies or Dominos.

If there was a half star they wouldnt even get that. The pizza was disgusting. I ordered the new triple box and it took almost 2 hours to deliver. Then the pizza was not even fresh, the cheese bread was crusted and not even cheesy. The only thing good was the damn cookie. Will definitely not be buying food from them ever again!!!
