To begin with, our family always used to go to this pizza hut but we stopped 1 year ago because when we dinned in the pizzas we orders were so under cook they looked white and pale. Having said that we decided to give it another chance on saturday august 5 2017. We ordered four pizzas for carry out; my mistake was not checking the pizzas before i embarked on my trip home! When i got home i opened the boxes of pizza and the dough was so pale and white it was so disgusting the pizzas tasted rancid and nasty! Overall a horrible experiance i do not know what happened to this pizza hut. their pizzas used to be so good. My father had been taking us to that location since we were kids sad to see it go to the dumps!

Always quite always get food in a timely matter. But my visit yesterday was awful a vacuum plugged and sitting in the middle of the dining room the entire time. The floor was a mess workers coats in a booth. And the manager or shift manager the young lady that seem to be in charge was very loud and rude to the workers. I couldnt stand it, if i come again and see she is working i will not dine in or even order i did not care for how she conducted herself. Every thing that happen yesterday i believe was in reflection of the person in charge for the evening. Food was still good service from the wait staff still great.

Our waitress was nice and did a good job. Was a bit surprised to get our bread sticks and garlic knots with our pizza. They usually come separate. When she came to ask how everything was, i said good because we only bit into the appetizers. The pizza was barely cut and cooked. When i went to the counter to pay, i told her i wished i wouldve ate the pizza before she asked how everything was and explained why. She then asks if Im paying with cash or credit.. No apology or nothing. I wont come here again.

I usually come here and we always flip the high chairs to put my babys car seat in and one of the employees came to our table and told us were not allowed to do that. She took the high chair from us and tried putting my son in a regular chair. So rudely she said she can move us to a booth regardless my son couldve fallen from the side. My son is 5 months and i didnt wanna risk anything so me and my family left. Worst service ever!!!!!!!

Professional cook here... Paid nearly $16 for a large two-topping thin crust. Visually looked right, cheese sausage looked properly cooked. Crust was not crunchy at all, very soft and soggy... 1 of 2 things happened here. Ingredients are being kept out of freezer too long or Oven temperature is lower because too much food going through it at same time... Yes, I should have made my own pizza. Lesson learned.

Had an order for deliver. They brought us the wrong pizza as well as the wrong soda. When they came to drop off the correct order they brought the wrong size soda and wanted the incorrect pizza back. The delivery person made it sound like they were going to take it to the right place. Very poor customer service and very poor management.

The service was ok but my order was all wrong. I ordered a supreme pizza with half no green pepper. I got half green pepper and cheese. I ordered 8 bone on wings and got bone off the server said that 8 piece is only available off bone which I was not aware of. Otherwise the server was ok. He was taking the table off before I was done.

They messed up my order real bad and charged for full price toppings and only put about 7 small pieces of mushrooms, and other veggies I order on half size of pizza. They also had me waiting over half an hour. This place used to be one of the best but I think new management is not working. I will not come back.

been going here for 5 years , never had a problem. The waitress know me very well. But recently they have gotten a new manager. And its been going down hill. Everything that I loved about coming here has changed. And Im never coming back to this one again. To the manager, I hate you.

Terrible customer service. Everytime they messed up my DELIVERY order , they asked me to come and pick it up? And then only offer me 10% off of my then 2 and a half hour long wait for my "30 minute" tracked pizza delivery. Will never eat at another pizza hut in my life.

The bathroom is something out of a horror movie , the staff was friendly but when I ordered water it tasted like swamp water and the glasses were not clean and when we were seated there was a pube on my table. Overall pretty sketchy pizza hut

Good service, good food. As far as Pizza Hut goes, this location was great. The waitress was friendly, the place was clean, and the food was good. (In this case, Im grading on a curve. As far as Pizza Huts go, this was a good location.)

The lunch buffet offers a salad and pizza bar. The pizza is hot and fresh, the wait staff is always friendly, and the price is affordable. A great place to have lunch if you want pizza with friends or family.

Not happy called to order for delivery and the lady said we dont deliver to that hotel when the only reason I thought of call Pizza Hut is because I was on the elevator with one of their delivery drivers

Just wondering why they dont do delivery to my place at hammond when is just 2.1 miles away. Dominos is 3.1 miles away and they still do the delivery.. makes no sense. ?????
