Last night me and my friends went to the pizza hut in Valporasio. We got there at 10:20pm and they dont close until 12am. When we walked in Colleen our hostess asked us "Were you guys werent expecting to dine in?" And I responded "Yes." She then pointed out that she had just mopped the floors and vacuumed and that she would have to do it again when we leave. Then she seated us and told us that she hopes we are okay with water because the pop machine is already turned off (an hour and 40 minutes before they close). We said that we were okay with water, then when she brought us the water she didnt give us straws so I asked for one; apparently that was too much work for Colleen as she chuckled and walked back clapping her hands as if she was angry that I asked for a straw. Then the cook had to bring us our food because she was no where to be found. The whole time I was there I got one cup of water and was never asked if I wanted another. At the end of the night we tip Colleen $9.00 that she obviously did not deserve, as we were walking out she had the nerve to complain and scream about how it wasnt enough. Needless to say I personally am never going to a pizza hut again, and I will make sure to tell all of my friends and family about my horrible experience there.

I literally hate this place. I have placed large orders ($100-200) for my coworkers about a dozen times. They showed up 2 hours late twice. Offered no apologies and acted like we did them wrong. Tonight they failed to show up at all and never called. The first time I called to check on my order they said it was enroute. I waited in the driveway for 20 minutes and called back, at which point I was told by a manager that the driver had been there for 15 minutes and that my employees ignored him. there is one way in and I was standing in front of it, he never came. Rather then apologizing and making it right, they canceled my order and treated me like they didnt need or want to make and deliver food. I will never deal with them again when its my money being spent. My only regret is that we keep giving them "second chances."

Been here 10 minutes and I already want to leave. We waited to be seated because the staff was too busy talking. Our waitress Lily is absolutely obnoxious. Our two-person drink order was messed up and when I asked for it to be fixed she gave me a dirty look. Shes walking around the restaurant screaming Christmas songs or just screaming in general. She has also came back about every two minutes asking for our order. Irritating as hell.

Staff was immature and unprofessional. We were instructed to wait on the bench for our pickup and ended up sitting for 15 minutes, as one of the women was trying to find our pizza. Come find out that our pizza was sitting on their counter the whole time. Phone rang the whole time and no one made an effort to answer it. Finally got our pizzas and they were the wrong size, and soggy from sitting on the counter.

So apparently they just decided to close the dining room 2 hours early. The waitress was very rude and pretty much just told us to leave. Im very disappointed. I will not be coming back to this location again.

Well the front door says theyre open until 12AM. I went there at 11PM and guess what... the doors were locked. Even though the delivery man went inside just before I got out of the car.
