If youre looking for a place thats like the old Dennys used to be, I think ive found the place for you! Where to begin? We walked in, and it took a few minutes to get seat. there was 5 other tables that had people seated at them....and about that many that were uncleared. AND THEY STAYED THAT WAY THE HOUR AND 10 MINUTES WE WERE THERE! To the left of us, there was a table that had stuff all over it. the booth behind us, glasses and such still there. To the right of me, right over the divider, was a table filled up with plates of half eaten food. Not the most pleasant thing to see. Plus what kind of animal leaves BACON on their plate? Freakin savages! The floor was unswept, and one table looked like they film a remake of the Food Fight scene from Animal House, just on a lower budget. A poor menu that was a victim of said fight laid forgotten on the floor, and never got picked up. We guess he lived there now, and had just accepted his fate. My friend went to the bathroom, and while she was in there, there was another waitress in there, talking with what we think was a manager or supervisor, bitching and cussing up a storm about how much she hate this place and her job, and how she wanted to work at Walmart. She came out long after my friend did, with the supervisor/manger woman. Miss Hate My Job proceeded to wander around and work very hard at doing nothing. Our Waitress, Vicky wasnt too bad, per se. She was slow, and had no need to hustle to get anything done. But her, and everyone else there has the WORSE case of tunnel vision ive ever seen! She walked past us, and the unclear tables multiple times, and didnt touch a dish on any of them. But when two of the tables did leave she was right on them, TO SNAP UP THE TIPS! That was it. thats all she touched. There was a red head waiter, and he followed the supervisor/manger around, mainly whining to go home. When Vicky took our order, we were told there was no hamburger meat. Um...what? No ground beef on a Tuesday at 5pm? My friends mom commented on how cold the place felt to her. We theorized that was to keep the flies from swarming all over us because of the food hanging out. While Vicky played on her phone, Red wanted to leave, and Miss I Hate My Job, we found out there was only one guy working in back, doing it all by himself. And hes why I gave this 2 stars. Shawn the Cook was in back, cooking up a storm, and made some really good food. It came up hot and fast. He did a great job, and was pretty much the only good thing about this place. When we were done, we said goodbye to Menu, and paid our bill, waving goodbye to all the food hanging out.

At my visit to the particular IHOP it normally is a good place to grab a quick breakfast. The night I was here it was not as good as I had hoped. I arrived and immediately had to use the mens room to only find there was urine all over the floor, by the sink and urinal. Its clear the staff and management here dont take time or the responsibility to ensure their restrooms are clean regulary or checked. I notified the server who seated me but she didnt seem to find it very important to notify her General Manager. The general atmosphere was quiet and not busy at the time. Once I had gotten my food I noticed that the eggs were not completely Sunny side as requested. I think even the hash browns were undercooked. The bacon was very crisp and delicious but I think I either got some old used sausage or overcooked. The pancakes were so good and probably the best part. I had full view of the kitchen as well and could see that the kitchen was understaffed like the dinning room and lobby. My server did not even check up on me once I had my food. I didnt even receive one refill on my bererage and almost 10 minutes after I was done eating she noticed I needed a refill. I got a cup to go and shortly left leaving hardly a decent tip for poor service semi cooked food and a sorry state for a mens room. I possibly wont return and honestly felt I should have left upon walking in.

I had one awful experience at this IHOP, because of the fact the a group of motorcyclists came in while we were eating, and the wait staff put tables together to seat them, the manager then came out to tell them they had to wait 20 min. To be seated so some of the other guest could leave. Upon being told this one gentleman asked why they couldnt just get seated at the large empty booths on the other side of the resteraunt? And the mngr. said " because we dont open that part of the resteraunt this time of night". Then they decided not to wait and left... so basically because they were wearing leather vests and had tattoos as well as road motorcycles they werent as good as others. As soon as we saw this we paid out bill and left. Upon leaving another large group of people came in, about the same size group, whom were immediately seated at the tables the wait staff had moved together..... so you guessed it, it was discrimination. Sufficed to say I will not be going back to this IHOP again because I saw the group in a parking lot and stopped to tell them what I thought of it, and they backed up my suspicions about the apparent discrimination. .. shame on you IHOP for treating potential customers with such disrespect, disregard and discrimination!!!!!!

HORRIBLE... Im not the one to write reviews or speak out on bad service but something has to be done about this IHOP. It has been recently remodeled but dont let that fool you the service is the same. There was no urgency to seat my family of 6 despite it being a slow tuesday night. After we sit my wife noticed that the table was dirty and sticky. We order drinks and when they arrive waitress grabbed every glass by the rims and laid them down as if no problem. Gave my daughter the wrong drink. Ok maybe that was a sign or maybe it was the other 3 tables that got up and left but we stayed. We hear table beside us ask for the manager who on que came out of restroom 10 minutes after they asked...lol That just wasnt a good look. There complaint was they have been waiting almost an hr and the place was empty, they also said there food tasted funny. Well by this time we have been waiting 30 minutes so we chose to leave. This was not just a bad day this is them im starting to think maybe this is what IHOP wants from there employees.

Me and my family went for a quick bite. When I walked toward the door it was nasty with finger prints over both entry way. I took it as they were busy or short staff because it was the same problem last week and we left the resturant. So we asked for a booth and the waitress clean the top of the table for us but the seat was nasty. I know she saw it just like I did. So we sat and ordered the food. It did not take to long but our food was warm and hot like it use to be. Still giving them the benefit of a doubt. We ate and toward the end of the meal my daughter found a hair in her food I stopped eating and got up paid for the food and we left the restaurant. We did not complain because we use to get good service but this resturant is going down every time we go. Did not like the service and we were never checked on. The waitress never brought us our ticket but she did bring one refill of drink. We were never asked hows the food or anything. We will not return the place needs to be clean.
