20+ minutes in drive through to be shorted a $2.50 nacho Supreme. I know, I know $2.50 is nothing, but when they short 100 orders a week, that is $250 stolen from customers. $13,000 a year. If I somehow stole $250 a week from them for a year, I would be put in jail. Taco Bell Corporate doesnt correct this problem, because they profit from it. 7,000 restaurants x $13,000 a year is $91,000,000. Thats a lot of cheddar, and that estimate is probably low. Im shorted nearly every time I go there. I was once shorted an item on a 3 item order. I caught it before leaving, because I can count all the way to 3 if I use my fingers. Why dont you just check your bag before you leave the drive thru window? Ive been sitting in line for over 20 minutes and there is a line of cars behind me. With the new 1 brown paper bag system they have in place, you would have to unload the entire bag, unwrap each item while trying not to get sauce and cheese all over your interior, check items off of the receipt, and reload the bag. Meanwhile the line behind you must wait even longer. Stop going there? I personally have, but the wife and kids request it occasionally and fast food options are somewhat limited in the area. I had a short stint at a Taco Hell as a kid and I checked the item count before I presented the bag to the customers. Frequently the line guys leave a Mexican pizza in the steamer because it is/was easily done. Rant complete. If you have read this far, you know my pain. Thank you.

Cashier stole money from me refused to give my full refund for a meal I had just purchased minutes ago through the Drive Thru. Completely rude, the food was so bad it actually made me snap for the first time in my life, upon opening the two tacos I asked for NO lettuce on there was a mountain of lettuce as if someone had specifically done it to anger me. The chicken burrito I ordered was full of rice and nothing but rice, the quesadilla was folded in half, contents all over the inside of the wrapper, cut in all directions as if a child had a field day with a pizza cutter. And all of this just to drive back and have my full refund be refused. Taco HELL.

We went through about 25 minuets ago for a family of six and the line took a while. Some food was missing, some was incorrectly made, and other food wasnt even what we ordered. The staff there are unpleasant and dont seem to care, food was thrown in the bag causing our chips to fall all over the bag. I know it is late and places get busy on Saturday nights but this isnt the only time that these kind of things happen, at any point of the day.

While it is Taco Bell and this one is nothing out of the ordinary, I have to give it up to the rotating group of teens and entry level college students who work here. I had one guy through the drive through a few days ago who after asking how I was doing replied with "Taco-tastic". Instantly brought a smile to my face. While my experience isnt always 5 star...nothing has deterred me from going back.

Wondering why they always close earlier then what is posted. I work 3rd shift already not much to choose from for lunch so I take lunch early so I can get some taco bell but they ALWAYS close before the 2am that is posted. Wish I could make my hours up when. I dont feel like working like they do....

We were the only ones inside eating and the cashier was standing up at the front doing absolutely nothing when he should have been sweeping the floors and wiping down tables. It was trashed in there! The managers need to talk to their employees about time management and cleanliness.

Pretty horrible service, takes forever in the drive thru and the food is usually mediocre and incorrect. To make matters worse, their machines and products are always unavailable it seems. Would skip and go to any other option in the area with quicker and more accurate service.

They shut down they lobby while we were eating our food before the actual closing time. They are always slow at making the food and I mentioned to a worker that one of the pop was out and he rudely said he had already changed it.

Always dirty dinning room, tables, drink area, and visible areas of prep kitchen. Staff uniforms are filthy and staff is discourteous and inattentive. Always something wrong with the orders, bot drive thru and dinning in.

Order was wrong and then they tried to tell us it was right! Then they still forgot an item after we just told them it wasnt in the bag. No apology or anything after all of it. Never go back to this location!

Every time we go they are out of something. This time it was lettuce last time taco meat. Always out if Apple Empanadas. No lights on on the menu board so I had to use the flashlight on my phone to see it.

The food is average, but the wait times during evening and weekends is terrible. This is one of the Taco Bells that is always slow and well known throughout the community for waiting and waiting.

Seriously. If youre close time is 2am. Dont close at 1 because its slow, this location is notorious for closing early. That and they are hardly ever fully staffed.

Had to go hear since ours in town was torn down for rebuilding. Seems good but slow service. Taco Bell is my favorite!
