Just a off (?) Time.. Sunday afternoon, waited 20 minutes for a table, that was ok. 36 degrees outside and maybe 65 inside.. We waited about 10 minutes for our waitress to take our drinks order. I had allready used the tabletop "gamebox" to order a appetizer. About 10 minutes later, still colder than .... My weak, tastless coffee arrived. 10 minutes later we were handed WARM salad plates. Im pretty sure proper service is chilled plates and service over the diners left side... Humm. By this time my wifes weak raspberry lemonade was long empty and it took some time to catch the waitress. Our Salad and breads ticks arrived and again were pretty much handed over to us. The appetizer arrived about 10 minutes later.. Dinner arrived - a good 60 minutes after we sat down to the table. My shrimp scampi was nothing to rave over. My wife said her chicken parmigiana was good. We continued having to hunt for the waitress to get us drink refills. We were never asked if wed like more salad or breadsticks. Desert - never asked if wed like. Never brought the traditional Andes mints.. I still paid full price for 1/3 expected service..

Im not one to post poor reviews but I post this one in hopes that the company can see these reviews and correct there business, Very slow service and un organized staff they got our order incorrect. What is very strange is they had so many staff working but they all seemed disorganized and like they did not want to be there. As for the quality of there food i would say was almost tasteless. The only positive thing I have to say is there manager was quite the nice gentalmen and they discounted our meal due to the experience we had.

Waiteress Didnt Supply light when asked to, to read their menu with .. .." so of course we ordered the wrong food and ended up unhappy " .. .. we had a flashlight the batteries went had went dead .. .. we left the flashlight on the table by accident and now they threw it out .. .. .. my mother is a senior citizen ( and i was preoccupied with an important phone call and couldnt help her fast enough ) ugh .. .. .. I was the one that asked for the flashlight and they couldnt Supply anything

I came in with my two sisters and my son. After being seated, we waited for 30 minutes while our server found someone else to take our table... Then another 15 for the drinks.... Our dinner came before the appitizers... And my three year old sons food came minutes after those... The manager on duty only apologized for the late drinks and gave us 25 percent off our check. Meanwhile our original servers keeps coming over here asking me if were ok.... Very disappointed...

Asked for Cindy, was told she was full. Ask for a booth, was told there was none available when we passed 6 on our way back to a sticky table that we asked the waitress to clean. We was here Monday and the service was great and so was the food. It is amazing when you come back expecting the same and you have one disappointment after another. When you come back 2-3 times a week and then you have change to the Greenwood location, someone is not paying attention.

The service was terrible. Sat at the bar for 15 minutes before anyone would wait on us, even though several employees walked past us repeatedly. When we finally got seated, it took 20 minutes for the waitress to show up to take our drink order and another 10 for us to get our drinks. After we finally received our meals, it took 30 minutes to get the bill correct. We were there more than 2 hours. Two days later, we found that they charged our card twice for the meal.

Compared to the one in Castleton, this one lags behind. We ate there once and it seemed a bit grimy. The other night we called to place a carry out order, and the lady immediately says "Please Hold." Well, I sat on the phone for 5 minutes waiting for them to pick up. I finally hung up and ordered somewhere else. I dont get why they put you on hold for so long when you have your wallet out ready to go. Hire more employees if youre too busy..meh

Worst olive garden been to yet. Poured wrong beer. Didnt ask how food was. Never given a cloth napkin like everyone else. This bartender did stand in front of me and talked to herself for 20 mins while going through her purse. She asked her customer how his food was but didnt say anything to me about mine. There were 3 bartenders with 2 customers and couldnt get anything right. Manager kind of just laughed when I complained.

The food is always really good, typically I get the Chicken and Gnocchi soup and I recommend it to all I see! The service is always excellent when I walk in, but wait times will vary! Especially if its a Sunday, they are typically packed from 11:30-2:30, so please keep this in mind when you get here! Every server is different, so Id say expect to have good service, every server Ive had comes around every 15-20 minutes!

Came in had a 25 minute wait for me an my son for 2 got seated. Got drinks an salad at that we waited food for about 35 minutes still no food got another serving bowl of said so then i ask for manager he came I said is ur kitchen backed up with orders he went back.its was about 5 min before he returned with our food an was very very nice but we are sad because we got full on salad

Terrible experience, waiter took foever to get drinks waited an hour to put in order. Forgot items charged us for. Plus my father left his phone and less that 30 minutes we go back and phone dissapeared and not one employee knew what happened to and didnt apoligize for the inconvience. Never going back to this olive garden and I suggest you not to go either.

My boyfriend and I have an amazing experience every time we come to this location, but today we had the best service weve ever had! Our waitress Lindsey did a superb job! She had like 5 tables and she didnt miss a beat! She has great work ethics and multitasking skills! I will be requesting her every time I go back!!! If I could give 10 stars, I would!!!

I like the food at Olive Garden but your practice of making customers wait 10-16 minutes if they dont want to sit in the bar is frustrating. Parking lot was half empty and wait staff was standing around. Went to Fridays down the street and they were happy to seat and wait on me right away -and their parking lot was fuller.

Its an Olive Garden, so decent food at a decent price, but not 100% authentic Italian either. However this restaurant will seat bigger parties ahead of smaller ones. I sat and watched them seat 6 parties in front of me, that were listed after us on their display. Service was also slow, but the staff was pleasant at least

Great place to take the family or just your significant other out for a nice dinner. The food may take a while to come out, but its fantastic from the first bite onward. My kids like to get up and walk around and this location is big enough that we can take a few tours of the different dining rooms before desert arrives.
