I did not enjoy my time at Pen Station in Noblesville today. First thing I noticed after I ordered my food; was that none of them employees were wearing gloves while they made the food. The person on the grill was touching different kinds of meat and veggies without washing their hands after they put it on the grill. Isnt that a health code violation?? I have never heard of a place not wearing gloves while handling peoples food. She was also very rude and rolled her eyes after a customer came back up and complained about his food. He ordered no mayo on it; well there was mayo. He was respectable when he told the Pen Station worker about his food. So I dont understand why she had to be rude! I personality wont ever go back to that Pen Station again!! The tea was about the only good thing that come out of my experience their lol.

They messed up my order twice at one visit today. They gave my first order to another customer who Im sure was happy to get the wrong sandwich. At one point they had 3-4 sandwiches out and they were just staring at them trying to figure out whose was whose. 15 minutes after my first sandwich went out the door, I get a new sandwich. Didnt realize until I got home that they gave me the completely wrong sandwich in a smaller size.Theyre completely disorganized. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on 116th St. in Fishers. They have yet to mess up my order and their staff is much more friendly.

We visited the store on Conner street in Noblesville Indiana yesterday about 6pm we ordered our food and while waiting we observed Tim who was cooking at the time picking scabs on his arm when he noticed my boyfriend watching him he grabbed some hand sanitizer, needless to say that order went in the trash because we lost our appetite, why was he not wearing gloves?

The food here is great! What I come back for is the fantastic service. Everyone is always very friendly and make a point to try and learn your name and what you like if you are a frequent visitor. Good service goes a long way and since I love the food its a win win for me!

Good food. Reasonable prices. Employees are nice and courteous. Clean location. The quality of their food is good. I do not mind paying a little more for better higher quality sandwich. I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

This is truly an awesome place to eat. The sandwiches are so packed with topping that you could hit someone upside the head and do some serious damage! Staff are friendly and efficient. Way to go Penne Station!
