This pizza hut normally decent but today they was HORRIBLE. Not only was they rude and Unattentive but did not take ownership of the situation. We order online and was given a 12:30 eta and 1pm the pizza not here. Naturally we called for an eta and accommodation and the rep Melanie said it was nothing she could do and the eta on the website was wrong. We asked to speak to management for more help and she told us management would not be there until 6pm. Then they refuse to accommodation us, so I asked who fault and she said it was our fault! Shocked I demanded to speak with area coach and she didnt give it to us. Then Frenchette gets on the phone and said the error is not their fault its pizza corp fault. Excuse me arent you a product of corp? Then she tell us we should have called in.. If we have to call in whats the point of ordering online? Frenchette said she was the store manager which means Melanie lied about management being present. This store had horrible customer service today. Then we had to call Homewood who was extremely nice and even offered a free pizza after we told them what happen gave us the coaching area rep Cindi number, We turned it down because we went to Beggars instead. I will never buy another pizza from pizza hut and trust Im all on FB with this! Hey last time the forgot half our order we should have learned then!

This is the worst Pizza Hut Ive ever been to. They never get a simple order right, if one thing is right the other thing you buy is going to be totally wrong. Idk if theyre back there getting high or what but they have never gotten 1 order right from me. Ive ordered online, Ive come in & ordered, Ive ordered over the phone it doesnt matter. I think they really want to see how many orders they can mess up before they get shut down, truly. I stay right around the corner from this location but I have to go all the way to Indiana to get what I ask for. Smh the worst. The general manager never answers the phone & his voicemail is full, so you wont get help from him either. Best thing to do is steer clear of this location. Hopefully they put something else there or better management

If I couldve rated no stars at all I wouldve done it but unfortunately it wont let me. I swear to u ppl this is the worst pizza hut...matter of fact the worst business Ive ever delt with Idk how to post pics of proof and evidence that shows my experience with them I have a lot. And if anyone can tell me how to reach the big boss whos in charge of this location Id appreciate it. DONT COME OR SHOP ONLINE OR CALL THIS LOCATION WHAT SO EVER!

Placed an order online, and after about an hour and a half still not here, so I called to see what the problem was gave them my info and they put me on hold for over 5 min. So I hung up and called back to cancel the order, gave the same guy my info again and he didnt even acknowledge that he just left me on hold for that long nor did he tell me why my order was taking so long. Whos working there????? Terrible customer service!!!!!

Every time I place an online order they always are late then expected time given! If I felt like picking up i would have! Im done with this store! You call to complain and they have you on hold as long as the delivery! Almost 2 hrs and Pizza still not here! Pitiful! Cancelled order and not given any type of compensation. Only told you cant go by the time given on the Internet. Bull crap! Pizza Hut sucks!

I WAS IN THERE RIGHT BEFORE CLOSING AND LEFT MY PHONE AND THEY STOLE IT!! CALLED THE NEXT DAY AND THE MANAGER SAY OH SOMEBODY CLAIMED IT. I WAS THERE RIGHT BEFORE CLOSING YOU GOTTA BE LYING HE SAY OH I STAYED OPEN A LIL WHILE LONGER AND SOMEBODY CLAIMED IT! A LIE PIZZA HUT EMPLOYEES ARE YOU THAT THIRSTY TO STEAL A PHONE? THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND I WANT TO HEAR FROM SOME ONE IN CORPORATE!!

We ordered our pizza at 6:30 pm and it is 9:15 pm. I called to find out what is taking so long for them to deliver 3 miles away and got put on hold several times. Tried to call back and was immediately put on hold. We will never order from this pizza hut again. Clue #1. No customers mean no business. No business means no jobs. Learn how to treat your customers better.

The worst Pizza Hut I have ever had to deal with. I live 5 minutes away and delivery ALWAYS takes 2 hrs. My children were out of school on Pulaski day and I ordered the pizza at 12:30, they said it wouldnt be delivered until 2:16, but to make it worse, they delivered it at 2:45!!! This place should close down just because of the customer service!

This place is the worst, I placed an order online. And of course they got it wrong. I had 2 wait an extra 10 mins for them 2 make the correct pasta. The girl that waited on me did not apologize or anything. The workers in the back were loud talking n unprofessional. I c why they just have 2.2 stars.

Order took 2hrs, tried calling many times cause the pizza was horrible....more crust than pizza and burnt/dry ingredients and was cold about time i got everything......never order from here again....whoever checks the food before it leaves the store, needs to be fired!

Worse Pizza Hut on the planet earth. They dont care about their customers. They are so slow. I orders a pizza online took 3 hrs and was cold. Beware do not order pizza from their unless your picking up. I dont know how they stayed open this long!!

I ordered at 3p and received my pizza at 7p, I stay 2miles down the street. They are unprofessional an act as a manager when you ask to speak with one. Ghetto place, if you want your food cold, then order from them. Gave me the wrong order
