I have always had an great experience with First Wok, however, this time has been a true disappointment. At first I realized they forgot my roommates rangoons and even though it was not a very large order, we thought it was no big deal and we would either just call and get a refund for them or ask them to bring some. Then, I started to eat my pork fried rice and noticed a few barely cooked pieces at the top. I figured I would just pick them out and ignore it but then I realized almost every piece of pork was mostly red. We called and asked for a replacement and the delivery girl was incredibly rude. I had to go to work and when she called I could not answer and I tried to send my roommate the number but she kept calling so many times I wasnt able to. By the time I did which was no more than a couple minutes she had already just left our order. I have always had a good experience from First Work but this time it is just disappointing and I think I may start to look at other places the next time.

Terrible. Do not eat here. You will regret it. They have extremly rude and terrible service. Normally i order from here. It is close to my house and i do enjoy their food. But i ordered the wrong thing once. It was an honest accident. Chicken Lo Mein is what i wanted, Chicken Chow Mein is what i got. I went back to First Wok, i am a regular here. I order at least once a week. I asked if i could get it swapped out for the actual food that i wanted. They said no. They said i would have to buy another meal if i wanted to get the right thing. Really guys are you that greedy you cant switch out one order that was an honest mistake. I am very displeased and i will not be buying from you all again. I will got to the Chinese place in the village from now on. I hope you guys are happy you lost all of the potential money i could have given you guys because you wouldnt fix a small issue. Are you that lazy? Are you that greedy?

First off Im going to say, me and my boyfriend ordered from here a lot and we have had no problems. The food is always very delicious and they are not stingy, you get plenty of food to last a couple days. One time we were unable to go pick up our order and the employee himself from the restaurant offered to deliver to us PERSONALLY after hours. We have never gotten any food missing or tasting strange. The only complaint I could understand people saying is the fact they do not understand English very well and have a limited vocabulary. We love them a lot and they have been very good to us from when weve ordered, every time. Its like day and night compared to the other Chinese restaurants around here. You get more for your buck at First Wok for sure. It tastes better too. Its the best in town and we crave it ALL THE TIME. They work hard and give the most possible for you to enjoy. ❤

The family that owns this establishment also own China Express in town and I have been eating at that one for the better part of 12 years. When I started ordering off campus I realized that this one would give you crab rangoon with your dinner and lunch combos for the same price so I started going here. Fact of the matter is that the family who owns this restaurant is more than gracious and if you are dumb hill billy in Muncie who has not concept of americanized chinese food than keep your mouth shut. For the record if you wanted to know if they know how to cook true chinese food, they do. They actually had a menu of true chinese food when they started over 15 years ago. Also if ask nicely they will serve you off the original menu. So to all those jerks out there... Please come by. This family is by far the best int own.

Unfortunately this restaurant didnt live up to my expectations. I was super excited when I saw I could order from grub hub. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing this time but the chicken was extremely dry and there were pieces of hard cartilage (Im guessing) in it. The fried chicken wings we got in the Pu Pu platter had stringy/ hair looking things in the breading. Maybe that was from the actual chicken but Im not sure. The wonton soup tasted kind of like it had been sitting out for a while. But the egg roll and crab rangoon were delicious! I give it three stars because this is the first time Ive been there and maybe it was an off day. After all I did order at 3 pm on a Monday so no restaurant would be on their A game at that odd hour.

love this place my whole family has been ordering here from years for our guilty pleasure food, never found anything mentioned in the other comments and yes the delivery can take some time every now and then but thats buisness and for all the years we have been going they have only messed up our order twice and one time it was that they added fooded in that wasnt even on the receipt so free food. Dont trust everything your hear on the internet though try yourself.

I ordered from here about 40 times over the last year. Only had 1 other problem with the food being cold upon delivery. Resolved that issue. But tonight when I ordered the general tso chicken. It didnt taste right. I contacted the store. The person answering the phone gave it to the store owner. He then persisted that I always complain and he is not going to do anything and I cant order for delivery again. Some of the worst customer service skills I have ever seen

I LOVE chinese food. I know the owners and decided to give it a try. They guys working spoke little English luckily i speak Spanish. The pork in my pork fried rice was cooked so long it was hard. i ordered chicken low mein as well and it had a weird taste. i got fried dumplings and the outside was too thick to stick to the dumpling inside. i will just go to china express from now on or even panda. this was no good. i did talk to the owner however.

Food is good, but they dont pay any attention to your special requests when you order on-line. I asked for extra soy sauce. I got 2 packets. Really? I asked for plates (were in a hotel) that didnt happen, either! They also dont give you napkins. You pretty much get what they decide you should get regardless of your "special requests".

Ive ordered here for take out maybe ten times from this address in the last year. This time when I called the guy literally laughed at me and said we have never delivered there! Okay, you wont be getting my service anymore and after reading other reviews, other people obviously feel the same.

Ordered dilivery for me and my girlfriend the food was amazing we normally go to China express but this is probably our new Chinese restaurant the food was decently quick to arrive and was still hot the prices are reasonable I just wish that they had a multiple order of egg rolls on the menu
