Can I give these people negative stars?!!? I called Panera on a Friday around 1:00pm and asked if they could do a catering order for the following day. I said I understand if not because it wasnt a 24 hour notice. They assured me I could and it would all be fine. I placed my order for a bridal party so we could eat while getting ready for a wedding. I asked if they could make a note stating they HAD to be at the hotel at 11 to deliver the order because we were leaving at 12:00 to go to the wedding location. Who wants a hungry bride? Ten minutes past 11 I called Panera asking if they were close to the hotel because we needed to eat and leave. The woman, also the manager, stated the caterer just left and was on her way. I called again at 20 past 11, still not here (they are only about 10 miles from our location). The manager then told me it was written on my order that I told them 12:00 to deliver the food. Definitely did not. She was rude and acted like it was all my fault. I asked her why did she tell me the caterer left at 10 after 11 if the order said 12? She couldnt answer me because she knew I just caught her in a lie. She assured me the caterer would be there any minute. It is now 11:33 and I called back. The manager told me I had the wrong store? I told her no, this is the number I placed the order with, and I had been talking to you all morning about my order!!!! She wouldnt stop lying and making up excuses! She finally again said she checked and the driver was almost there. By now the bride has given up hope of getting food today and Im in tears. At TEN PAST 12 I call back because THEY STILL WERENT THERE! The manager, while on the phone with me, ASKED THE CATERER HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE TO GET THE ORDER READY?! The manager then admitted to NEVER having the order ready and the caterer NEVER LEAVING TO DELIVER IT TO US!!! Im crying on the phone now while the manager tells me to give them another 45 minutes to get the food to us AND expected me to pay for it. I tried to explain we were all leaving to go to the wedding and she then said it would be better if we just came and got the food! Are you serious?!! She agreed to not charging me and so my husband went and picked up the food and brought it to us. The wedding party chocked it down as quickly as possible before the bride walked down the isle. This panera is completely unprofessional, rude, and unapologetic. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU WANT A NICE CATERING EXPERIENCE!

Alright Panera at Tippecanoe Mall... I want to give you 5 stars because your staff are always welcoming and helpful. Yet I cant do that just yet, the past few times I have visited this location, the dining area has not been clean or tidy. The occasional bowl, napkin, or stray fork happens from time to time. Yet, this past visit was sort of the tipping point - it was difficult to find a clean booth or table. The table tops were not wiped clean from prior guests and there had been spills at the counter near the iced tea/fountain machine that were there when I arrived and still there when I left. The booths and chairs themselves were quite dirty (from the pictures it looks like maybe a child had smeared food on the walls and seat ). Ill visit again, because dang it, Panera delivers a consistent meal. Yet I will consider getting my meal to-go next time...

They completely lie about recycling! It would be much better to know they dont recycle at all, but instead they lie and put a recycling bin out, making people believe they are recycling, but a former employee told me that they throw this bag in with all of the trash in the regular dumpster! There is no need to lie and making people think they are helping the earth

This place is ridiculous. Their food is as plain as cheerios yet they charge so much. I went there once and was glad to recycle, and I learned from a previous worker that they dont even end up recycling. Why have a sign when you dont even recycle? Yall are dirty liars and need to check yoself.

Every time I get my order it is always so fresh! I love the taste and the staff is always so friendly! Mary went above and beyond to make my visit so pleasant. She was so kind! I recommend Panera to everyone.

Panera is always a good option for healthy eating. This location is usually crowded, which makes finding a table difficult, at times. However, the staff is always very nice and welcoming.

Fast and friendly. Nicer atmosphere than typical the fast food joints. Had a brakfast sandwich that was served quickly and tasted good. First time here and would come back to try lunch.
