I visited here on 10/18 while traveling for business. I frequent this location numerous time during. Maverick the bartender was very inattentive and when called upon to order, was very rude, not only to me, but to others sitting at the bar. When I was ready to order, I could not get his attention, so I asked the manager who was also behind the bar if I could order. He said he was unable to take my order, as a manager mind you, that the bartender would take it. Later, when I needed a refill, Maverick gave me the wave saying he would be with me in a minute. He proceeded to put the trivia machines away, put clean glasses away and then refill the dishwasher without acknowledging me or my needs. When the manager Nelson appeared with my food, I declined due to rudeness and poor service and left after paying for my drink. I will NEVER EVER step foot into that establishment as long as Nelson and Maverick remain there!! I love BWW, but HATE this location. I will do my best to post this on any and every social media outlet available as this is unacceptable.

Cant tell you how frustrating this location is. I have called and not been able to get through were it rings endlessly. I have been hung up on after they answer so they dont have to take the call. And I have been put on hold for 10 + minutes with no one picking up only to call back and get someone who immediately helps me. My order is wrong at least 50% of the time. Usually fixed when I am there but this time the guy said he confirmed the order to find out when I got home it was wrong. I usually only comment on great service and I call on bad service. But in this case I cant even get through to talk to someone. I was just there and there was a huge line at the door and tons of empty tables and servers standing around doing nothing. So this is what I had to resort too. The two stars is for the food. When they get it right it is pretty good.

I ordered carry out and was told it should be 10-15 minutes. I had to leave work to pick up the food, so I showed up at exactly 15 minutes. I was told the food was ready but had to be bagged so I paid my bill and tipped. I sat and waited 35 minutes before the food was brought out. FORTY FIVE MINUTES!! You have got to be kidding me! There was also no attempt to make it right, they didnt even say sorry. Im very understanding and patient because I have worked in the restaurant industry, but this is unacceptable. This is the first negative Google Review Ive ever given. Dont plan on being able to eat here and get back in time on a work break. The food is normally good, but it was cold and there was very little sauce on our wings.

Its too bad that I have to write this review because I really wanted to like this location. First my food was alright and our server gave us the proper amount of attention. Unfortunately, when I asked if the lemonade had free refills our server replied in the affirmative, however on our receipt there were charges for the refills. Also the Mac and Cheese was undercooked. And my wifes chicken breast was undercooked. The manager gave my wife some bs about them temping every chicken that comes off the grill...very unlikely according to my wife who studied restaurant management and worked as a personal chef. The bathroom was boring too. Lol. Ill only return if Im waching a game with friends, not for the food though.

This location has treated us well above the West Lafayette and Springfield, Illinois BWWs Ive most recently been to. Not just once but my latest three times at this location have been well above the average BWW treatment Im used to. I wish their location was closer to campus tho still worth the drive to get better food speed, waiter and staff personalities, and atmosphere - not too loud - nice to not have music competing with talk. My friend and I both got a great waitress who was very friendly and quick to take care of us. Our wings came in a record time and tasted like they should. Only issue was they were out of real silverware - hardly an issue, boneless Thursdays more than make up for having to use plastic forks.

This isnt the most consistent Buffalo Wild Wings location Ive visited, but it is one of my favorite. The seating area feels very open and active, without being extremely loud. The parking lot can be crowded and spaces are hard to come by at peak times. Food is generally prepared well here but service times are all over the board. Id suggest ordering ahead and picking up your wings as a carry-out order if you are nearby. Boneless Thursdays is the way to go. I usually roll with the Hot BBQ and Desert Heat seasonings. The limited time Sauce Lab sauces can be pretty good too. I really wish Sriracha Sizzle would return!

The food is really good but youll wait forever to be seated, be overlooked by every employee, finally be seated only to wonder if they remembered you were there, finally order only to wait overlong for something as simple as wings, have to ask for the bill, wait forever to get your bill picked up so you can leave, have to flag down a passing wait-person and beg for their mercy to please take this bill so I can sign and leave. Ive been here twice and had the same experience, I really wish my friends didnt like this place. No, actually, I really wish people just took their jobs more seriously.

Service was very good.... But, I was enjoying a rather quiet evening with my pregnant wife, when all of a sudden the ambient background music turned into an annoying polka style Mexican music that is usually heard in restaurants of the style. When I asked the waiter and the manager about it, they said "when the cooks get off work, they bombard the juke box with Mexican tunes and it runs off the customers." Its pretty bad when I see the manager and our wonderful waiter stuffing quarters in the juke box to play better music so well enjoy more beer and wings.

First I get here at 4:34 pm order my food within 15 minutes of being here. then i wait A WHOLE HOUR for my food , & another hour for my to go food. so in all i am VERY disappointed in my experience here today. its super slow it is now going on 2 hours and i am currently still waiting for my to go. they need new employees that can cook their food faster or wait the tables faster or both. either way they need to fix this. they should have speedy service for the price of their food because its expensive as is eating here. over all i do not recommend this one.

I have tried to enjoy this place many times since it opened, and I never can. The prices are so high, I cant stand going there any more. While the financial portion is just my personal opinion, I have never had good service and often get cold food. The fact that they charge me for celery and ranch is just plain old ridiculous. As a sports fan, I want to love it, but there are plenty of pubs and bars with better service, food, and prices where I can watch the game at.
