Awful service. There were 3 orders ahead of us and 4 employees "working" it took 15 minutes to get our incorrect sandwiches. During that time they messed up a person ahead of us order. Instead of quickly fixing their mistake they slowly handed out other peoples orders. We were halfway through our meal before she got her corrected order. We typically enjoy firehouse, but this location sucks and we will not be returning. If it helps our cashier was Mark G. He did not take his job serious and just smiled in front of the customer whose order he messed up.

The girl that took our order didnt speak to us at all she just stared at us not even as much as "can i take your order" no hi nothing. Our sandwiches didnt taste very good either. Wont be going back to this location. Very disappointing considering the neighborhood.

The subs are great, and even though they offer more items, I cant get past the subs. I like that they have the automated soda machine with so many options. If you havent tried their hot sauces get a sample or two next visit. Its complimentary.

1st time at this location. Food was excellent (Im currently addicted to the steak & cheese sub) and good service too. An employee was mopping the floor and he was using probably the cleanest mop water Ive ever smelled in my life.
