Sat down at a table for dinner, place was decently busy as expected for a Friday night. Went to the bar to grab a cocktail and the bar tender sounded very unsure as to whether he could make an old fashioned, so I just asked for bourbon on the rocks. Took him a few minutes just to get that going (glass,booze, 3 cubes, takes 10 seconds). He poured a thimbleful into a glass and said it was 10 bucks. I was a little irritated at that, but gave him cash and waited for change. Took several minutes just to get change. Mind you, I was the only one he was helping this whole time so the busy Friday night excuse doesnt count. As for the food, one of our orders was done and sitting on the counter for 15 minutes before the other 2 items we ordered were ready. Pretty poor planning with that. The Servers work very hard however, no complaints there .and the cowboy roll was excellent so no cant fault them there.

The waiters from Indonesia (in speciallly the one who served us named Oka) doesnt have any experience with costumers. Rude and unpolite, he thinks is more funny than he really is while preparing those teppanyaki. First he tried to hit our mouths with foods, including elderly people, but he had a bad sight and many of then had their clothes dirty in the end. Besides that, the Indonesian waiters kept talking their languages in front of the costumers, which was not very polite. The item that I will mention is the mess he made while preparing the dishes over the cooking plate (that they use to prepare the Teppanyaki), he dropped lots of food of his spoon. TERRIBLE SERVICE, FOOD OK. NOT WORHT FOR THE INCONVINIENCE.

Been a few times before and it was great. Today we sat at a table since we have seen the show before. Unfortunately the food was barely edible. Shells in the lobster. Tough shrimp and chicken. Steaks were way overdone. Had to send back 2 of our 3 entrees and if it wasnt for the fact it was my only meal today we should have returned all 3. So disappointed because as I said we have been a few times before and it was great. Based on tonight we will not be back.

Love the food, reason I put 2 stars is because of the hostess and the manager. My husband and I went on a Saturday so it was busy, but the manager and the hostess need to be more trained because they did not handle the situation well. To make story short, you should always put CUSTOMERS FIRST!!! You are serving us, we are paying for your service, dont like your job then quit! They were not sincerely nice and made us wait last to sit at a table.

It is a great little place. Good food and great service. It IS pricey, but if you have been there more than once, Id say opt for the dining area rather than the the grill area only because they pretty much only have one routine, and you dont need to tip quite as high just because youre not paying the grill chef. All in all though, we love it. The rice is phenomenal and I LOVE their house ginger dressing :)

The staff is wonderful, and the chefs put on a great show every time. The food is outstanding as well. Both of my children are very picky eaters, but they always clean their plates when we come here. The prices are not bad either for food and atmosphere of this quality. I highly recommend this place for family, or a great date night.

At first skeptical bc a few Japanese steakhouses in the past havent been the best with that said this place has wonderful food, service, and people/entertainment. Definitely a 5 star restaurant and I will continue to eat there every chance I get and I recommend any who hasnt tried it do so.

First experience at a Japanese and had a great time! We sat at the grill and it was fun to watch and participate in the fun. The food was delicious!! Definitely will go back. Yes the prices are high, but So Worth it. Plates are of good size and most will have to take some home.

Fun and enjoyable. Possibly the most unique dining experience in kokomo. The food is good but not great and the wait is usually half an hour or more.
