Honestly, Im not sure what these other peoples bad reviews are all about. Ive always had great service at this IHOP. I mean I understand sometimes they get busy or there are employees, so it may be slower sometimes, but Ive always had polite, friendly servers. I guess it helps to be respectful and understanding. I think my only complaint is sometimes the hash browns taste like crap, but that happens occasionally at every breakfast joint. Usually not a problem for me at IHOP because the portions are so huge I dont even have room for all the hash browns. Id say this is the best 24 hour restaurant in Kokomo.

Mmmmmmm... yummy and very filling. Get Judah as your waiter. He is fantastic. Dont know him personally but he is always smiling, always pleasant, polite, prompt and accommodating. There is another waiter there that stands out. I dont recall his name but he has an accent. He was also wonderful. Wish they still had Boysenberry syrup as my husband is a huge fan but they no longer carry it. They do, however, have different flavors of syrup on the table and if you ask they have hot maple syrup they can bring you.

Just ate there on a Sunday evening, had to send the food back because it was so bad it was a refire. When the food came back again it was even worse than the first time when I sent it back. The person I went with and I both were gagging when we left. It took all we had not to vomit. A good discount our food 50 percent but they should have gave it to us free because neither one of us could eat it I will never go back to the I hop in Kokomo! Dont waste your time horrible!!!

We get carryout from the kokomo store at least once a month, as it is close and the kids like it. Our experience everytime is bad. Either they tell us 20 min and when we arrive our meal has not yet been started, or the staff ate it, or it is missing something. They have to track down the server that took the order to even pay. This has become very frustrating as we pay full price for cold food. Someone needs to revamp the carryout system.

We waited well over an hour for our food, which meant we had to bolt dinner in ten minutes and leave without dessert because we had to be somewhere. The server apologized but we were not offered any kind of compensation as restaurants generally do when there is a major service fail. Manager nowhere in evidence. I did wonder when we arrived why the parking lot was so empty - now I wonder if others knew something we didnt.

Another Ihop. Not much to say except i do appreciate clean restrooms, as were theirs. I actually judge a place on that pretty heavily. I dont like to go into a restroom and feel sick from its filthy unsanitary conditions and/or odor! !! I especially hate to feel that after using the revealing myself, my hands would be better off not washing them then using their sink and dryer or dispenser.

Ive been there 4 times and have yet to have a good experience. It really sucks because this is the only IHOP in the area. One visit I waited 30 minutes for the waitress to return and take my order. One time Ive stood at the front counter for 5 minutes waiting for a hostess. I highly suggest the Lafayette Indiana IHOP.

FOOD IS ALWAYS GOOD, BUT WHEN I CALL IN AN ORDER THE STAFF IS NOT VERY FRIENDLY OVER THE PHONE, THEY DONT SAY BYE OR THANK YOU AFTER TAKING THE ORDER AND SOMETIMES DONT ANSWER THE PHONE. WHEN YOU ACTUALLY GO INTO THE RESTAURANT THEY ARE NICE, AND THEY HAVE EVEN GAVE ME MY MEAL FOR FREE BEFORE.

Went to thi resturant last week and it took forever to get our food. We had to eat really fast to get back to work on time. Decided to try it again this week and it was even worse, walked out because we waited 40 minutes and no food. The silverware was dirty and bugs everywhere.

Unbelievably horrible service. It took 20 minutes to just get drinks at 11:00 at night. Out of unsweetened tea, out of ham for my meal, and watched a server blow his nose by the drink counter and he NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS! I will never be back here.

Listened to servers gossiping about each other the entire time. Took 35 minutes for food to arrive. Our server Lee was great but if they want to discuss issues about employees they need to do it in the back. The environment was very tense.

Has bad Chocolate milk. and no Hot chocolate even though it is on the stupid menu and it crushed my hopes and dreams. so as long as you dont want anything chocolate and heavenly its delicious high quality. P.S. needs half star rating

Half of our family was completely done eating before the rest received their food. Still didnt have the right food. After asking for the manager, we waited 10 min. for her. She did discount our food, but it should have never happen.

Food was good. Came for a breakfast with my grandparents and the service was horrible. Took over an hour to get food after we ordered. No refills and no waitress. If youre in Kokomo looking for breakfast, go to Richards.

The worst service! We were there 11/2 hrs and they still didnt get our food right! Filthy ugh !!! We should had gotten our food free! The manager didnt even know what she was doing . Never go back!!! Everyone RUN!!!!

The food was great and the servers were super sweet. My son has a rare blood disease and he wasnt feeling good and the servers made him smile by telling him a joke. That touched my heart. I give IHOP a 10 on review

We waited about 10 minutes before we got asked for our drinks, but the food came out very quickly and it tasted very good! I got the blackberry cheese pancakes with the ultimate bacon and sausage plate. 8.99$

Im usually disappointed here. They have about three healthier entrees. The food is standard. I usually drop about 30.00 after tax and tip for two adults. Usually a last option for late night food.
