Never ever have I ever got a chili cheese dog from there that I didnt have to eat with a spoon or fork. They are one of my favorite items that they have. One of the girls in the office went and grabbed our lunch today and when I opened it up this is what I had...A chili cheese dog with barley any chili or cheese on it that I actually just picked up and ate which has never happened and a half full fry....I havent even drink my shake yet and Im hopefully that will give me some light at the end of the tunnel this meal was such a disappointment and even worse for what I paid for it that I had to go ahead and post my review before going forward with anything else. I have came back to edit this review because I was pretty disappointed in my food that I received so I called and spoke with the manager I think her name was Brittany and she was super nice and is going to fix my food. This made me not so upset that they didnt get things right because she was attentive and made me feel like she was actually as concerned about my food as i was :-) Thanks she was my light at the end of the tunnel :-)

I was treated with the up most RESPECT. The gentleman that helped was beyond what I expected. You see I had taken my friends two children to eat as we were picnicking. I was limited on funds, but that didnt stop this gentleman from helping me. To my surprise he actually didnt skip a beat when I explained that I only had enough money for one hotdog and one tater tots, not to mention trying to figure out how to get the children a drink. We finally came up with a plan to where the children not only got THIER food and drink, but I was able to get them an ice cream as well. I have not ever experienced anything like that in my 50 years of life. This gentleman who never so much as looked at me as trash or looking for a hand out was actually a ANGEL sent from the Lord. HIS name is Jacob and IF you ever go to the Sonics on Jackson just ask for him and I promise you that you will have one of the best experiences at a Sonic that will definitely make you want to come back. THANK YOU Jacob for your time and patients with me and the children. MAY GOD continue to bless you

Love the Tullahoma Tenn one on Jackson!!! Everybody is awesome and very friendly. I really appreciate that because nowadays people that work fast food dont care or are not friendly at all but this Sonic is amazing. The only thing I request is please have a tip option when you use your card to pay I dont always have cash and these people deserve a tip! Thanks for great service and great food!!!

This is a new product and its terrible, not to mention priced to high. This foot long dog is not a coney dog. Its simply a regular foot long dog, with chili and cheese. Gave us both tummy probs. Mrs & I were very disappointed. First time at this drive in. Blasted flys are everywhere.

Im really starting to worry about this place I was there in order for large iced Waters and they brought me 3 I mean how hard is it to count or order water and just get cups of ice or order Route 44 products and get large products thats same price

Three repetitions of a simple order, (#15 Breakfast burrito, tots, drink), and still only received half of the food. Then told, by the manager no less, that it would be an additional charge for the side item. Really?

I ordered a large sweet tea with my meal and got a small sweet tea I told the waiter when he was handing it to me and hes like "I cant do anything about that" last time eating here unless I get a large sweet tea

The food is ok. Most of the time the service and management of this particular location has a dont care attitude. Most of the time the wrong food is sent out or items missing from the order.
