Whoever handles the customers should be fired or trained on how to properly deal with customers(preferably fired)!! Also I called once and whoever picked up the phone blatantly mentioned that shes was making use of the bathroom while she was on the phone with me. The food is great, THE FOOD IS REALLY GREAT but management must do something about their employees, it absolutely ruins the experience!
