The food was good. Our service was awful. We had Mikala as our server and after she brought our food, she didnt come back. She was "busy" but the other server visited his tables several times while we waited for our server just for a check. He was even nice enough to check in on us when he realized she hadnt come back. When We finally got our check from her, she didnt even take our card. The other server took it to her. We waited for her for almost 45 minutes after we got our food. If we go back any time soon, we will be requesting a different server.

I enjoy coming here. Lisa is great and makes a fantastic Long Island. My wings always turn out perfectly cooked and the tweener sauce is excellent. The Laredo burger has a horseradish sauce that makes the sandwich. Their chicken, bacon, swiss sandwich is phenomenal. A lot of the staff have worked there since the opening; which says something about how they like their jobs. My only complaint is the shrimp...I believe they are SeaPak. I was disappointed with them. All in all=A+.

Maybe I caught them on a bad day. I ordered buffalo wings the sauce was watery. Ordered loaded fries n chilli cheese fries to go. The loaded fries came on a platter vs chilli cheese fries came with a bag, plastic cup of chilli, and cup of cheese. Waitress was nice despite a group of customers who where loud and saying racist and obscene things to another customer even tugging on the waitresses ponytail.

I called in advance to order food (and let her know that my husband and I would be dinning in). I asked that she wait a few minutes before dropping our wings; we arrived about 20 mind later with hot food at a table in the bar waiting!!! I was so excited that i didnt have to wait even 5 minutes, on top of the fact that our food was piping hot! They have gained loyal customers

I feel bad to give a 2 star review, but Im afraid thats all our visit merits. The breaded tenderloin was a bit bland, seemingly devoid of any seasoning. The wings were...well, they were just OK. Pretty much the same with the service. Nothing here passed the average category, and a few things fell short. I think there are better places to spend my money.

First off let me say my wife and I are on a low carb diet so we eat A LOT of wings and I am awing snob to say the least. With that being said I really liked these wings. They were well prepared, nice and crispy and not too wet. The sauces were also really good. We got some fried mushrooms for an appetizer and really enjoyed them as well.

More laid-back and family friendly than BWW, wings are great for the price, they do come with a lot of sauce and are hotter flavored than the average for "medium" heat. Great for if you want to have wings and actually have a conversation you can hear, but not if you want to get cheap drinks and cheer loudly for your team.

This is our second time eating here within two weeks, first in the restaurant second ordered out. Both times excellent service and even more excellent wings! The mozzarella sticks are great too! We are very pleased and will definitely be coming back a lot!! Thanks for the yummy goodness!

I love the wings and only eat here of I crave wings, however the $11 margarita is not worth $11. You cant taste the alcohol and its in a small 16oz mug. Not worth the price, they really should adjust it down to $6.50, I actually had them taken it back and settled with a coke.

Great crispy wings.I cant stress that enough. best i had in a long time. Yeah service was serviceable but not great. Mac and cheese was horrific and it needs to be deleted off the menu. overall i gotta say im going back for the wings.

Food and service were great! As with most "wings" establishments I feel the prices were a little on the high side but the saving grace here was the portion sizes were better than your average chicken joint.

Very friendly staff with great customer service. Pretzel bites with beer cheese is very tasty, but the gar-licky parm sauce on wings left much to be desired...very very salty taste to it

This is our favorite place to have dinner. We usually go once a week! Traditional bone in wings are a lot bigger than anywhere else weve been! Staff is friendly and food is delicious.
